Case Presentation: A 62-year-old woman complaining of fever and left lower quadrant pain was referred to our hospital. A left retroperitoneal tumor was suspected on computed tomography, and laboratory data showed leukocytosis and markedly elevated granulocyte colony-stimulating factor.
