Aim: To investigate the changes of IL-8 and TNF-α in gingival crevicular fluid (GCF) before and after treatment from chronic periodontitis.
Methods: 96 patients with chronic periodontitis were selected as study group and experienced initial periodontal therapy. 50 healthy people were selected as control group.
