Background: Despite the availability of effective vaccines, human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccine uptake remains low in most resource-limited settings including Nigeria. Mobile health technology (mHealth) has the potential to empower patients to manage their health, reduce health disparities, and enhance the uptake of HPV vaccination.
Aim: The "mHealth-HPVac" study will assess the effects of mHealth using short text messages on the uptake of HPV vaccination among mothers of unvaccinated girls aged 9-14 years and also determine the factors influencing the uptake of HPV vaccination among these mothers.

Lemmel syndrome, characterized by biliary and pancreatic duct obstruction secondary to a periampullary duodenal diverticulum (PAD), remains a rare and often overlooked diagnosis. Although duodenal diverticula are found in approximately 23% of the population, only about 5% of these cases lead to complications such as obstructions. A new case of Lemmel syndrome is demonstrated in the article about a middle-aged woman with chronic epigastric pain and right upper abdominal quadrant initially misdiagnosed as cholelithiasis.

Introduction: Myeloneuropathy is a diagnosis ascribed to disorders that concomitantly affect the spinal cord and peripheral nerves. Recognizing this syndrome may sometimes be arduous, even for the most consummate clinicians, because symptomatology can mimic either spinal cord or peripheral nerve disease. Besides, examination findings suggest a predominantly myelopathic or neuropathic picture.

Introduction: Synovial hemangioma is a benign soft-tissue tumor of vascular origin. Hemangioma only accounts for 1% of all bone lesions and is mostly an incidental finding among the primary skeleton tumors. A delay in diagnosis results in joint degeneration and osteoarthritic damage because of infiltrating tumor growth.

Background: The delayed identification and management of musculoskeletal tuberculosis (MSTB) poses substantial health challenges and leads to significant morbidity. This study aimed to collate ten years of hospital data and provide valuable insights into the clinical, diagnostics, and outcomes of the patients diagnosed with MSTB.
Methods: A retrospective study was undertaken to review clinic records from 2013 to 2022 for all individuals diagnosed with MSTB in a tertiary care hospital in South India.

To assess and compare intrareader and interreader reproducibility of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) diagnosis of female genital anomalies (FGAs) using the American Society for Reproductive Medicine-Mullerian anomalies classification 2021 (ASRM-MAC 2021) and European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology-European Society for Gynecological Endoscopy (ESHRE-ESGE) 2016 classification. In this retrospective study, we searched our electronic MRI database from April 2021 to September 2023, selecting MRI studies with FGAs. Seventy-six consecutive studies were included and reviewed by 4 independent radiologists using both classifications.

Paratesticular rhabdomyosarcoma (PRMS) is a rare and aggressive soft tissue tumour that can mimic testicular sarcoma on initial imaging studies, leading to diagnostic ambiguity and treatment delays. In this case report, we present the case of a 45-year-old male who came to our department and was evaluated under ultrasound imaging along with colour Doppler. The patient underwent further examination under a multi-slice CT machine, which provided additional information, and finally underwent a 1.

Tetralogy of Fallot (TOF) is a significant cause of cyanotic congenital heart disease (CHD) encountered in childhood with few cases manifesting in adulthood. It has four classical features (ventricular septal defect, overriding of aorta, hypertrophy of right ventricular hypertrophy, and right ventricular outflow tract obstruction), but the clinical presentation and course can be variable. Due to various anatomical variations and complex anatomy, presurgical planning and postoperative follow-up by pulmonary computed tomographic angiography (CTA) have a very important role.

Background: The most recent advances in Computed Tomography (CT) image reconstruction technology are Deep learning image reconstruction (DLIR) algorithms. Due to drawbacks in Iterative reconstruction (IR) techniques such as negative image texture and nonlinear spatial resolutions, DLIRs are gradually replacing them. However, the potential use of DLIR in Head and Chest CT has to be examined further.

Background Cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) dynamics play a crucial role in maintaining the homeostasis of the central nervous system (CNS). Any disruption in CSF flow can lead to various congenital and acquired conditions, impacting neurological function and overall health. This study aims to analyze the significance of phase-contrast MRI in evaluating abnormalities in CSF flow and its diagnostic utility in various CSF-related disorders.

Gliomas are a type of brain tumor that requires accurate monitoring for progression following surgery. The Brain Tumor Reporting and Data System (BT-RADS) has emerged as a potential tool for improving diagnostic accuracy and reducing the need for repeated operations. This prospective multicenter study aimed to evaluate the diagnostic accuracy and reliability of BT-RADS in predicting tumor progression (TP) in postoperative glioma patients and evaluate its acceptance in clinical practice.

Background: Pure germinomas account for 40% of pineal tumors and are characterized by the lack of appreciable tumor markers, thus requiring a tumor biopsy for diagnosis. MicroRNAs (miRNA) have emerged as potential non-invasive biomarkers for germ cell tumors and may facilitate the non-invasive diagnosis of pure pineal germinomas.
Material And Methods: A retrospective chart review was performed on all patients treated at the Children's Cancer Hospital Egypt diagnosed with a pineal region tumor between June 2013 and March 2021 for whom a research blood sample was available.

Background Renal insufficiency, a critical concern in native and transplant kidneys, necessitates effective screening modalities for evaluation and management. Grayscale sonography has been a cornerstone in renal diagnostics, providing basic anatomical insights such as renal length, cortical thickness, and collecting system dilatation. Despite technological advancements, its impact on the differential diagnosis or management of renal disease remains limited, often showing normal findings in the presence of severe renal dysfunction.
