Hypersensitivity reactions associated with injections have not received sufficient attention due to their low incidence rates. Purpose: Three different techniques used in 10 cases of divided eyelid nevus and the results are reported and discussed.

Methods: A retrospective study of 10 patients who had undergone treatment of divided eyelid nevus with skin flap between March 2003 and March 2008 was conducted. According to the location, shape, and size of the upper and lower eyelids nevus orbicularis oculi musculocutaneous flap, postauricular superficial musculoaponeurotic system (SMAS)-pedicled flap, or reversal superficial temporal artery (STA) flap was designed to repair the eyelid defects.

Objective: To investigate the advantages of plastic surgical treatment for malignant soft tissue tumors and refractory wounds.

Methods: According to the lesion type, location, and size, malignant tumors were excised including the 3 - 5 cm normal tissue around the tumor and the refractory wounds were debrided completely. The adjacent flaps or musculocutaneous flaps, or free flaps were selected to repair the defect.

Objective: To observe the effect of the preoperative analgesia with Oxycodone/Acetaminophen for liposuction.

Methods: In the double-blind, placebo-controlled clinical trial, 40 patients undergoing the liposuction were randomly assigned into two groups which were received a single oral dose of Oxycodone/Acetaminophen or calcium gluconate respectively before the operation. The degrees of pain were evaluated by visual analogue scale (VAS) at the beginning and the end of the operation.

Objective: To report a method of repair facial skin defects with a skin flap of SMAS pedicle.

Methods: According to the size of defect of skin, design a skin flap with SMAS pedicle for repair of defect.
