Osteoblastoma is an uncommon benign bone tumor rarely involving the craniofacial skeleton. Manifestations in the fronto-orbital region are exceptionally rare. A 19-year-old man presented with persistent headache, nausea, vomiting, right eye pain, and longstanding right exophthalmos.

Background: Despite advancements in the management of patients with sickle cell disease (SCD), the involvement of the cardiovascular system in these patients remains a significant concern. Cardiovascular manifestations of SCD are well-documented, with electrocardiography (ECG) serving as a valuable diagnostic tool. Studies have reported a high rate of critical ECG findings in patients with SCD that warrants consideration when managing these patients, indicating the need for proactive cardiac screening and management strategies in this patient population.

Arteriovenous hemangioma is a rare, benign vascular lesion that presents with an asymptomatic red or violaceous papule which is frequently asymptomatic but pruritus, pain and enlargement may be seen in some patients. In histology it is composed of thick-walled and thin-walled blood vessels distributed in superficial and mid dermis. The treatment of choice in such cases is complete excision and recurrence is rare.

Cardiac hemangiomas are benign, slow-growing tumors among the most common soft tissue tumors in the human body. Surgical resection is highly recommended for cardiac hemangiomas in symptomatic patients. We report our cases with a review of the literature on cardiac hemangiomas.

A case report of a mammary myofibroblastoma in a male and literature review of radiologic and pathologic features of breast myofibroblastoma.

We reported a 65-year-old male with a benign mammary myofibroblastoma. This report shows that not all masses of male breast are malignant. To differentiate benign masses from malignant neoplasms, careful preoperative diagnosis should be performed.
