Background: This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of oocyte denudation time and ICSI time on embryo quality at assisted reproductive Technology clinic.
Methods: An observational analytic retrospective study was conduct using cross-sectional study. The subject were oocytes from fertilization procedures using the ICSI method at the assisted reproductive technology clinic in a private hospital in Bandung for the period 2017 - 2019.

Introduction: Endometriosis is a disease that impacts around 10% of all women in reproductive age, with pelvic pain and infertility as its main clinical features. Current medical treatment targeting lowering estrogen activity has not shown sufficient result due its side effects and reproductive function suppression. Propolis has been widely studied, showing anti inflammation and pro-apoptosis property, that could potentially be used in the treatment of endometriosis.

Efforts in reproductive preservation for cancer patients have become one of the important aspects of cancer management. In fact, decline in reproductive function is known to occur after exposure to anti-cancer treatments. Measuring anti-Müllerian hormone (AMH) levels is known to be the best parameter in predicting ovarian reserves, which indicates reproductive function.
