Background: In heart failure (HF) patients with a higher left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF), the B-type natriuretic peptide (BNP) level is yet to be fully assessed. Accordingly, we hypothesized that the BNP level should be higher in patients with a higher LVEF range based on the previous finding that such patients were associated with a worse prognosis.
Methods And Results: In our multicenter, prospective, observational cohort for the composite endpoint of all-cause death and readmission due to HF, including patients with LVEF >40% at hospital discharge, we obtained LVEF, E/e', and BNP levels in 231 patients.
Aim: Patients' and spouses' neurodevelopmental traits may influence marital relationships, which are significantly associated with depressive symptoms. However, no studies have examined marital relationships in persistent depressive disorder (PDD) in terms of neurodevelopmental traits. This study aimed to explore the association between the autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) traits of female PDD patients and both partners' (patient and husband) marital satisfaction.

The present study assessed the impact of transcatheter aortic valve replacement (TAVR) on cardiac geometry and prognosis in patients with MAVD.
Methods And Results: A retrospective multicenter TAVR registry was conducted, including patients who underwent TAVR for severe symptomatic AS between January 2015 and March 2019.
We report a 44-year-old woman who presented with bilateral weakness of the hands and distal paresthesia of the arms on the next day of the second COVID-19 vaccine, and gradually progressed ascending weakness of the arms and legs, and sensory ataxia beyond 2 months. She was diagnosed as a chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyneuropathy (CIDP) following COVID-19 vaccine on the basis of clinical and electrophysiological findings. This is a first case diagnosed as a CIDP following COVID-19 vaccine alone.

Background: Contrary to pure cases, the influence of comorbid argyrophilic grain disease (AGD) in progressive supranuclear palsy (PSP) has not been sufficiently evaluated.
Objectives: We compared the clinicoradiological features of 12 patients with PSP with (PSPw/AG) and 8 patients without AGD (PSPw/oAG).
Methods: Medical records and magnetic resonance imaging were checked retrospectively from a single brain bank database.
