Recent studies have focused on exploring the potential of resistive random-access memory (ReRAM) utilizing halide perovskites as novel data storage devices. This interest stems from its notable attributes, including a high ON/OFF ratio, low operating voltages, and exceptional mechanical properties. Nevertheless, there have been reports indicating that memory systems utilizing halide perovskites encounter certain obstacles pertaining to their stability and dependability, mostly assessed through endurance and retention time.

Meanwhile, various materials and structures are adopted in TSCs, which makes their characterizations and comparison difficult. Along with the classical monolithic TSC, which exhibits two electrical contacts, devices with three or four electrical contacts have been widely studied as a more performing alternative of commercialized solar cells.

Stretchable and flexible form factors are essential in biointegrated electronic applications for conformal integration with soft and expandable skins, tissues, and organs. Here a fully biodegradable MgZnCa metallic glass (MG) film is proposed for intrinsically stretchable electrodes with a high yield limit exploiting the advantages of amorphous phases with no crystalline defects.

Recent research has built a consensus that the binder plays a key role in the performance of high-capacity silicon anodes in lithium-ion batteries. These anodes necessitate the use of a binder to maintain the electrode integrity during the immense volume change of silicon during cycling. Here, Zn-imidazole coordination crosslinks that are formed to carboxymethyl cellulose backbones in situ during electrode fabrication are reported.

Until now, chemical carboxylation catalyzed by organometallic nucleophiles and reductants has been generally adopted particularly for the precise selectivity control of carboxylation sites. As another approach, electrochemical carboxylation has been attempted but these carboxylation reactions are limited to only a few pathways.

Dynamic adhesion and detachment of subcellular regions occur during cell migration, thus a technique allowing precise control of subcellular detachment of cells will be useful for cell migration study. Previous methods for cell detachment were developed either for harvesting cells or cell sheets attached on surfaces with low resolution patterning capability, or for detaching subcellular regions located on predefined electrodes. In this paper, a method that allows in situ subcellular detachment of cells with ≈1.

In this regard, peptides, particularly short peptides, are attractive building blocks because of their ease of establishing structure-property relationships, their productive synthesis, and the possibility of their hybridization with other motifs. Several assembling peptides, such as ionic-complementary peptides, cyclic peptides, peptide amphiphiles, the Fmoc-peptide, and aromatic dipeptides, are widely studied.
