Objectives: To identify ultrasound (US) features of lymphomas (L) of major salivary glands (SGs) in primary Sjögren's syndrome (pSS) patients and to differentiate US pattern of L and non-L.

Methods: Prospectively, from September 2019 to March 2021, 27 pSS-patients with clinical findings suspicious for L of the SGs underwent US evaluation followed by US-guided core-needle biopsy (CNB). For each patient, we assessed the OMERACT score, dichotomised (0/1 "lower", 2/3 "higher"), and we compared it between L-pSS and nonL-pSS groups.

However, the relationship between observed haemodynamic effects and the pharmacological action of these drugs has not been fully established. Here, we analysed Arterial Spin Labelling (ASL) rCBF data from a placebo-controlled study in healthy volunteers, who received a single dose of three different D2 receptor (DR) antagonists and tested the association of the main effects of the drugs on rCBF against normative population maps of DR protein density and gene-expression data.

However, it is unknown whether this deficit reflects a neural signature of neurodevelopmental origin or if abnormal temporal cortical volume is reflective of factors which may be relevant at later stages of the disorder. Here, we tested the hypothesis that local gyrification index (LGI) in regions of the temporal cortex differs between patients with pAVH (n=10) and healthy controls (n=14), and that abnormal temporal LGI discriminates between pAVH and nAVH (n=10).
