Cutis verticis gyrata in a 24-year-old young man revealing a T-cell lymphoblastic lymphoma.

T-cell lymphoblastic lymphoma (T-LBL) is frequently revealed by amediastinal mass or peripheral lymphadenopathy. Skin lesions in T-LBLusually present as multiple nodules associated with multiple peripherallymphadenopathy and bone marrow invasion. Our patient is particular bythe revealing presentation of the lesions as Cutis verticis gyrate.

Paclitaxel extravasation treated with systemic corticosteroids.

Chemotherapy extravasation is a rare but severe cutaneous complication associated with administration of intravenous chemotherapy. Extravasation causes serious disability and diminishes the quality of life in patients with cancer undergoing antineoplastic therapy. Treatment of chemotherapy extravasation is not standardized.

Domperidone-induced pityriasis rosea-like drug eruption.

Pityriasis rosea is a common, acute, self limiting inflammatory skin disease. Pityriasis rosea-like eruptions (PR-LE) have been reported after drugs. The clinical presentation of PR-LE can be distinguished from pityriasis rosea.

Pyogenic Granuloma-Like Kaposi Sarcoma: A Diagnostic Challenge.

An 81-year-old woman presented with a 2-month history of a painless nodule on the left foot that bled easily after minor trauma. She had no medical history and did not report any preexisting lesion. Physical examination revealed a 2 cm × 3 cm, exophytic and reddish-colored nodule, with an ulcerated and soft surface (Figure 1).
