Myasthenia gravis is an acquired neuromuscular disorder characterized by weakness of the extra-ocular muscles, which progresses to generalized weakness of the voluntary muscles and fatigability. The presented case is of a 70-year-old male patient who presented with complaints of drooping of bilateral eyelids and breathlessness and was diagnosed to have myasthenia gravis and thymic mass. It is uncommon for an elderly patient to present with thymic mass and myasthenia gravis concurrently.

An aberrant healing reaction to cutaneous injury or inflammation that spreads outside the original wound's boundaries causes keloidal scars. We present the case of a sixty-year-old male patient who initially came with complaints of respiratory system but had spontaneous lesions over his body for 50 years which remained undiagnosed. It was confirmed on histological examination to be keloids.

Background: A congenital defect, irreversible damage, a painful blind eye, sympathetic ophthalmia, or the requirement for histological confirmation of a suspected illness can all result in the absence or loss of an eye. In such circumstances, meticulous preoperative, surgical, and prosthetic planning using a multidisciplinary approach is imperative for successful rehabilitation.

Aim: To evaluate tramadol hydrochloride, an atypical opioid with potential analgesic properties, as a viable alternative to lignocaine hydrochloride in supraperiosteal anesthesia for dental implants.
Materials And Methods: A split-mouth, double-blind, randomized controlled trial was conducted in patients requiring maxillary dental implants. Patients meeting inclusion criteria received either 5% tramadol hydrochloride with adrenaline or 2% lignocaine hydrochloride with adrenaline via supraperiosteal infiltration.
