Introduction: Root canal success requires working length (WL) optimization. The current study examined how different apex locators on vital and non-vital teeth responded to instrument size.

Materials And Methods: Three hundred patients (180 men and 120 women) receiving root canal therapy at the department of Conservative Dentistry and Endodontics were evaluated.

Settings: The study was conducted in the department of oral and maxillofacial surgery between January 1, 2019, and January 1, 2020.

Materials And Methods: Thirty patients, with an age of 18-40 years, with asymptomatic bilateral impacted mandibular third molars, were selected for the study and randomly surgical extraction was done either using piezoelectric or the conventional rotary bur technique on each site.

The goal of the present investigation was to investigate ChatGPT's potential applications as an outstanding instance of large language models (LLMs) in the fields of public dental health schooling, writing for academic use, research in public dental health, and clinical practice in public dental health based on the available data. Importantly, the goals of the current review included locating any drawbacks and issues that might be connected to using ChatGPT in the previously mentioned contexts in healthcare settings.

Data on ultrasound therapy as an adjuvant pain control method among Indian TMDS patients.

It is of interest to evaluate the efficacy of ultrasound therapy as an adjuvant pain control modality in dysfunctions of the temporomandibular joint. The study comprised 20 patients with TMJ issues who had received a clinical diagnosis of temporomandibular disorders (TMDS). These patients underwent independent VAS evaluations for the intensity of pain, opening and closing of the mouth, and soreness of the muscles of mastication, including the masseter muscle, medial pterygoid muscle, lateral pterygoid muscle, and temporalis muscle, as well as additional auxiliary muscles.

It is of interest to evaluate the association of orthodontic tooth movement with concentration of leptin in Gingival Crevicular Fluid (GCF).Thirty orthodontic patients of both genders with equal sample size were included for the present study. Concentration of leptin was assessed at baseline (T0), 1 hr after application of force (T1), 24 hours later (T2), 7 days after application of force (T3), and 1 month after application of orthodontic force (T4).
