Because prostaglandin production is a critical mediator of inflammatory reaction and is inhibited by corticosteroids, they have anti-inflammatory effects.

Purpose: The aim of this study was to evaluate and compare the operative and postoperative outcomes of the mandibular impacted third molar removal using piezoelectric technique and conventional rotary bur technique.
Settings: The study was conducted in the department of oral and maxillofacial surgery between January 1, 2019, and January 1, 2020.
Materials And Methods: Thirty patients, with an age of 18-40 years, with asymptomatic bilateral impacted mandibular third molars, were selected for the study and randomly surgical extraction was done either using piezoelectric or the conventional rotary bur technique on each site.

Importantly, the goals of the current review included locating any drawbacks and issues that might be connected to using ChatGPT in the previously mentioned contexts in healthcare settings.

It is of interest to evaluate the efficacy of ultrasound therapy as an adjuvant pain control modality in dysfunctions of the temporomandibular joint. The study comprised 20 patients with TMJ issues who had received a clinical diagnosis of temporomandibular disorders (TMDS). These patients underwent independent VAS evaluations for the intensity of pain, opening and closing of the mouth, and soreness of the muscles of mastication, including the masseter muscle, medial pterygoid muscle, lateral pterygoid muscle, and temporalis muscle, as well as additional auxiliary muscles.

Rationale: This paper presents the treatment of noninfected hypertrophic, horse hoof nonunion edentulous mandible accompanied with a Luhr class fracture.
Patient Concerns: The patient reported with complaints of pain and an unstable lower denture at the right side of the lower jaw post mandibular fracture.
Diagnosis: Upon inspection and post cone-beam computed tomography, it was determined that it was a case of a noninfected hypertrophic, horse hoof nonunion edentulous mandible with Luhr class 1 fracture.

Therefore, in this article, an comparison of single visits and multiple visits using different rotation and speed for two Protaper universal design file systems is done on the basis of time taken and incidence of pain.
Materials And Methods: One hundred single-rooted premolars with irreversible symptomatic pulpitis were assigned to two groups of 50 patients each using the odd-even method, GA to be treated endodontically in a single visit and GB to be treated endodontically in multiple visits.

Aim And Objectives: The aim of this study is to evaluate the internal margin adaptation and integrity of Class 1 preparations using two composites types (bulk fill/conventional) with two placement methods (4/2 mm increments).
Materials And Methods: Class 1 preparations of 4 mm × 4 mm dimensions were made on 30 extracted human mandibular molars. They were randomly divided into three groups; among them, in Group 1 ( = 10), cavities were filled with SureFil SDR Bulk Fill, Group 2 ( = 10) cavities were filled with Filtek Bulk Fill of 4 mm increments in both groups, and in Group 3 ( = 10), cavities were filled with conventional composite Filtek Z350 with 2 mm increments.
