Background: Little research has been conducted solely exploring gender diversity in people with intellectual disabilities. This review explores the literature, discusses the prevalence, and identifies clinical best practices for people at the intersection of gender diversity and intellectual disability.

Method: A scoping review was conducted utilising PRISMA methodology of the following databases: PubMed, CINAHL Complete (EBSCO), Cochrane Library (Wiley), Dissertations & Theses Global (ProQuest), PsycInfo (EBSCO), Scopus and Web of Science.

Novel Neurocognitive Testing Tool for Early Neurotoxicity Detection Following Anti-CD19 and Anti-BCMA Chimeric Antigen Receptor (CAR) T-cell Therapy: A Pilot Study.

Background: Immune effector cell-associated neurotoxicity syndrome (ICANS) can be a severe, life-threatening toxicity following CAR T-cell therapy. While currently evaluated by the immune effector cell-associated encephalopathy (ICE) score, not all patients have changes in their ICE score and not all signs and symptoms of neurotoxicity are captured.

Methods: We conducted a prospective, single center cohort pilot study to evaluate a novel, rapid neurocognitive assessment tool (CART-NS) in detecting early, subtle neurotoxicity prior to the onset of ICANS and any deterioration in the ICE score.

With the publication of CALGB 140503, an increase in wedge resections for small, peripheral non-small cell lung cancer is expected; however, a relative paucity of data exists as to what defines a high quality oncologic wedge resection. The Thoracic Surgery Outcomes Research Network (ThORN), through expert discussion, guided by review of what limited data does exist, and through use of a modified Delphi process, provides these consensus statements defining an oncologically sound, high quality wedge resection. CXCL13 is a chemokine which is upregulated within the CNS in multiple sclerosis, Lyme neuroborreliosis, and other inflammatory diseases and is increasingly clinically useful as a biomarker. This review provides background for understanding its function in the immune system and its relationship to ectopic lymphoid follicles. Also reviewed are its utility in multiple sclerosis and Lyme neuroborreliosis and potential problems in its measurement.
