Aims: This study combines traditional Chinese medicine polysaccharides with nanomaterials to enhance drug bioavailability and immunological activity.

Background: The study of polysaccharide preparation, structure identification, pharmacological activity, and mechanism of action is deepening, but the research combined with the new drug delivery system is relatively weak, so the application of polysaccharides is still facing great limitations. In order to prolong the action time of polysaccharides and improve their bioavailability, liposome has become the most promising delivery carrier.

Effectiveness of acupuncture in the management of restless leg syndrome: a systematic review and meta-analysis.

Background: Acupuncture is an important component of traditional Chinese medicine which is used to treat an array of health conditions. This study evaluates the effectiveness of acupuncture in the management of restless leg syndrome (RLS).

Methods: A comprehensive literature survey was conducted in electronic databases to identify studies evaluating the effectiveness of acupuncture in the treatment of RLS.

miR-140-3p inhibits breast cancer proliferation and migration by directly regulating the expression of tripartite motif 28.

The present study aimed to determine the expression profile and significance of microRNA-140-3p (miR-140-3p) in breast cancer (BC). miR-140-3p expression in BC tumor tissues and cell lines was measured by reverse transcription-quantitative polymerase chain reaction. Luciferase activity reporter assay and western blotting were used to assess the effect of miR-140-3p expression on tripartite motif 28 (TRIM28).

Glycyrrhizin inhibits LPS-induced inflammatory mediator production in endometrial epithelial cells.

Endometriosis is a continuous inflammation of uterine endometrium that usually affects women of reproductive age. Glycyrrhizin, a triterpene isolated from the roots and rhizomes of licorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra), has been known to have anti-inflammatory effect. The purpose of this study was to investigate the anti-inflammatory effect of glycyrrhizin on LPS-stimulated mouse endometrial epithelial cells (MEEC).

Lentivirus-mediated knockdown of P27RF-Rho inhibits hepatocellular carcinoma cell growth.

Aim Of The Study: To investigate the effects of P27RF-Rho on hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) cell growth and explore the possibility of using it as a novel therapeutic target for liver cancer treatment.

Material And Methods: P27RF-Rho in HCC cells was silenced by lentivirus-mediated RNA interference, and the silencing effect was verified by RT-PCR. Cell proliferation was determined by MTT and clone formation assay.
