Background: Long-term infertility can be attributed to many factors, with the genetic factor being the most overlooked due to its many nonspecific morphological or endocrine signs. We present a rare case of a patient with progressive testicular failure associated with 48,XXYY syndrome.

Case Presentation: A 39-year-old Arab man presented to our fertility clinic for fertility treatment.

Endovascular treatment of coronary subclavian steal syndrome is usually successful and safe. However, it might be lethally complicated, such as our case of STEMI and ventricular fibrillation during stent deployment. Early diagnosis of subclavian stenosis, intermittent dilations of balloons during stent deployment, and choosing the accurate stent size are suggested to avoid such complications.

Background: Cardiovascular manifestations associated with Addison's disease are previously documented. We described a case of an 11-year-old girl who developed dilated cardiomyopathy as a complication to Addison's disease. Airbags have been shown to decrease morbidity and mortality associated with motor vehicle accidents when used in conjunction with seat belts. Airbag deployment alone however, has recently been implicated as a cause of significant thoracic injuries to unrestrained drivers. Resulting injuries include major cardiovascular and pulmonary complications.
