Background: Hybrid ceramics bonding with the dentinal substrate is crucial for clinical success and longevity. To enhance adhesion, the surface of ceramic restorations is modified through various conditioning techniques AIM: Effect of Different Surface Conditioners Erbium-doped yttrium aluminum garnet (ER: YAG) laser and Low-level laser therapy (LLLT) activated Methylene blue (MB) on the surface roughness (Ra) and shear bond strength (SBS) of Polymer infiltrating ceramic network (PICN) discs bonded using different viscosity resin cement before and after thermal aging.
Material And Methods: One hundred and fifty human central incisors and one hundred and fifty-three PICN discs were prepared.

Purpose: This study sought to investigate the acceptance rate and associated factors of COVID-19 vaccines among dentists and dental students in seven countries.
Material And Methods: A structured questionnaire prepared and guided by the report of the SAGE Working Group on Vaccine Hesitancy was distributed among groups of dentists and dental students in seven countries across four continents.
Results: A total of 1527 subjects (850 dentists and 677 dental students) participated in this survey.

Pemphigus vulgaris (PV) is a chronic, autoimmune, intraepidermal blistering disease of the skin and mucous membranes. The first clinical manifestation is often the development of intraoral lesions, and later, the lesions involve the other mucous membranes and skin. The etiological factors of this disease still remain unknown, although the presence of autoantibodies is consistent with an autoimmune disease.

Stem cell biology has become an important field in regenerative medicine and tissue engineering therapy since the discovery and characterization of mesenchymal stem cells. Stem cell populations have also been isolated from human dental tissues, including dental pulp stem cells, stem cells from human exfoliated deciduous teeth, stem cells from apical papilla, dental follicle progenitor cells, and periodontal ligament stem cells. Dental stem cells are relatively easily obtainable and exhibit high plasticity and multipotential capabilities.

Introduction: Chin cup (CC) therapy has been used as the traditional appliance for treating class III malocclusion during mixed dentition period. The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of CC on the improvement of skeletal and dentoalveo-lar skeletal changes in class III patients during mixed dentition stage.
