The adoption of Financial Technology (FinTech), along with the enhancement of Human Resource (HR) competencies, service innovation, and firm growth, plays a crucial role in the development of the banking sector. Despite their importance, obtaining reliable results is often challenging due to the complex, high-dimensional correlations among various features that affect the industry. To address this issue, this research introduces a hybrid Multi-Criteria Decision-Making (MCDM) model that integrates the Entropy-Weighted Method (EWM) and the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS).

Objective: Mobile health applications (mHealth apps) can provide health care and health-promoting information while contributing to improving cancer survivors' quality of life and health outcomes. However, little is known about the rural-urban distribution of mHealth app ownership and utilization. In this study, we explore the characteristics of cancer survivors who own and use mHealth apps and examine rural-urban disparities in mHealth app ownership and utilization among cancer survivors.

Much of the existing literature on environmental performance has focused on human capital and intangible assets such as environmental policies and strategies, the role of intellectual capital has largely been overlooked. This study aims to investigate the impact of intellectual capital on environmental performance at the firm level, specifically in the electrical and electronics (E&E) sector in China. By considering human, relational, and structural capital as integral elements of intellectual capital, we assess their direct influence on environmental performance and explore how these components interact with other factors in driving environmental outcomes.

Rural areas in Ethiopia serve as the primary source of charcoal for urban populations, mainly produced using traditional kilns. However, this traditional method significantly contributes to greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, exacerbating climate change and deforestation. While banning charcoal production is not currently feasible in Ethiopia because of the lack of affordable alternative energy sources (fuel), improving the efficiency of the traditional production system can mitigate the climate impact caused by charcoal production.

This study analyzes the impact of state-level renewable energy policies and incentives on the corporate information environment in the US. It considers these renewable energy policies and incentives as exogenous measures of firm-level renewable energy exposure. The findings indicate that such policies and incentives significantly increase firms' adoption of renewable energy, confirming their suitability as proxies for external shocks.

All disciplines, including nursing, may be experiencing significant changes with the advent of free, publicly available generative artificial intelligence tools. Recent research has shown the difficulty in distinguishing artificial intelligence-generated text from content that is written by humans, thereby increasing the probability for unverified information shared in scholarly works. The purpose of this study was to determine the extent of generative artificial intelligence usage in published nursing articles.

Improving water reuse efficiency from a recycling perspective is claimed to be a better way to alleviate global water scarcity and water pollution. This study opens the internal "black box" of China's water reuse system driven and decomposes water reuse system into water use, wastewater treatment and reclaimed water reuse stages, and selects input-output indicators based on SDG6. Then, it proposes a dynamic three-stage DEA model to assess the water reuse efficiency.

Prior research has examined self-leadership as a proactive self-regulatory approach for the management of stress and anxiety in college students. However, little is known about the possible negative effects of self-regulatory approaches such as self-leadership. Using the transactional model of stress and coping and the interaction model of stress, anxiety, and coping as theoretical frameworks, this study investigates a parallel multiple mediation model of the relationship between self-leadership and state anxiety as mediated by adaptive coping behaviours and maladaptive coping behaviours in a sample of 143 undergraduate students.

As artificial intelligence (AI) continues to advance, its impact on employment is a topic of concern. In South Africa, where low-skilled labor forms a significant portion of the workforce, the integration of AI technologies raises questions about the future of employment opportunities and economic stability. This manuscript explores the relationship between AI adoption, low-skilled employment dynamics, and its implications using key economic indicators such as inflation, interest rates, and foreign direct investment (FDI).

This paper examines the influence of the new 15 % Value Added Tax (VAT) enforcement on non-financial listed companies in Saudi Arabia. By comparing financial data from 2019, before the VAT implementation and the COVID-19 pandemic, with data from 2020, during both the VAT increase and the pandemic, the research aims to uncover the consequences of this tax policy change. Utilizing charts, tables, and an event study analysis approach with the Autoregressive Moving Average (ARMA) model, we investigated key financial indicators such as Shareholders' Equity (SE), Total Income (TI), Total Revenues (TR), Net Income (NI), Total Expenses (TE), Other Changes in Operating Activity (COA), and Cash at the End of the Period (CEP).
