Background: In the realm of allergen immunotherapy (AIT), the quality of evidence varies across different products, making it unjustifiable to extend overall conclusions to all AIT products, as highlighted by WAO and EAACI.
Objective: To confirm the efficacy of the 300 IR 5-grass pollen sublingual AIT (SLIT)-tablet through a specific meta-analysis of randomized controlled trials (RCTs) involving patients with allergic rhino-conjunctivitis (ARC) with/without mild/intermittent asthma.
Methods: Data from published RCTs on the 300 IR 5-grass SLIT-tablet were gathered from electronic databases (MEDLINE, ISI Web of Science, LILACS, the Cochrane Library and ClinicalTrial.

Background: Provisional single stenting strategy (PSS) is a default strategy for percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) of unprotected left main distal bifurcation lesions (ULMD). Previous study reported that a bifurcation angle change (BAC) between end diastole and systole was associated with outcomes after PCI with double stent strategy (DSS) for ULMD. However, there are no data comparing outcomes after PCI with PSS versus DSS according the degree of BAC.

Myelodysplastic syndromes/neoplasms (MDS) and acute myeloid leukaemia (AML) are neoplastic haematopoietic cell proliferations that are diagnosed and classified based on a combination of morphological, clinical and genetic features. Specifically, the percentage of myeloblasts in the blood and bone marrow is a key feature that has historically separated MDS from AML and, together with several other morphological parameters, defines distinct disease entities within MDS. Both MDS and AML have recurrent genetic abnormalities that are increasingly influencing their definitions and subclassification.
