Background: Flow diversion has revolutionized the management of wide-necked intracranial aneurysms (IAs). We aimed to assess the effectiveness and safety of the new generation 64-wire Surpass Evolve for the treatment of unruptured small/medium-sized IAs.
Methods And Results: This is a subanalysis from the SEASE (Safety and Effectiveness Assessment of the Surpass Evolve) registry, an observational cohort study including 15 academic institutions in North America and Europe between July 2020 and October 2022.

Objectives: Intravenous (IV) periprocedural antiplatelet therapy (APT) for patients undergoing acute carotid stenting during mechanical thrombectomy (MT) is not fully investigated. We aimed to compare the safety profile of IV low dose cangrelor versus IV glycoprotein IIb/IIIa (GP-IIb/IIIa) inhibitors in patients with acute tandem lesions (TLs).
Materials And Methods: We retrospectively identified all cases of periprocedural administration of IV cangrelor or GP-IIb/IIIa inhibitors during acute TLs intervention from a multicenter collaboration.

Methods: This is a subanalysis of a pooled, multicenter cohort of patients with acute anterior circulation tandem lesions treated with MT from 16 stroke centers between January 2015 and December 2020. Primary outcomes included symptomatic intracranial hemorrhage (sICH) and parenchymal hematoma type 2.

Methods: A systematic search for studies including patients with paraclinoid aneurysms treated with a microsurgical or endovascular technique was conducted in 6 databases from inception to February 2022. Efficacy outcomes included complete angiographic occlusion at last follow-up, favorable functional outcome, and recurrence of the aneurysm.

The aim of this systematic review and meta-analysis was to evaluate all the evidence available on the efficacy and safety of MT techniques (stent retriever, aspiration) in primary and secondary DMVOs.
Methods: Five databases were searched from inception to January 2023 for studies of MT in primary and secondary DMVOs.

Agenesis of the internal carotid artery (ICA) is a rare condition, whereas the association of this condition and the presence of intracranial aneurysms is higher in comparison to patients with normal vasculature. Endovascular treatment of this particular subgroup of patients has been described, but complications associated during treatment have not. Herein, we describe the endovascular treatment of intracranial aneurysms in two cases complicated with coil protrusion and in-stent thrombosis in the setting of agenesis of the ICA which were treated successfully without clinical compromise.
