In this study, we evaluated chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T cell therapy targeting CLL-1 in adults with R/R AML patients. Patients received conditioning chemotherapy with cyclophosphamide (500 mg/m) and fludarabine (30 mg/m) for 3 days and an infusion of a dose of 1-2 × 10 CAR-T cells/kg.

A growing body of research has illuminated that photodynamic therapy (PDT) serves as an important therapeutic strategy in oncology and has become a hot topic in recent years. Although numerous papers related to cancer PDT (CPDT) have been published, no bibliometric studies have been conducted to summarize the research landscape, and highlight the research trends and hotspots in this field. This study collected 5,804 records on CPDT published between 2000 and 2021 from Web of Science Core Collection.

Methods: In the retrospective cohort study, we consecutively enrolled patients with anti-N1MDAR, anti-GABABR and anti-LGI1 encephalitis between March 2015 and November 2021. The patients were followed up for at least 6 months.

Objective: To evaluate and expand the automatic identification and clustering of clinical species by MALDI-TOF MS.

Methods: Twenty-eight field isolated strains, identified by whole-gene sequencing analysis, were analyzed by MALDI-TOF MS, and the spectra obtained were used to replenish the internal database of the manufacturer. To evaluate and expand the robustness of the database, MALDI-TOF MS identified 91 clinical isolates (except those used for implementation).

Background: The longitudinal association between serum folate concentrations and the risk of cognitive impairment remains unclear in populations with low folate levels. We examined the association between serum folate concentrations and mild cognitive impairment (MCI) in older adults in China, where mandatory fortification of foods with folic acid has not been implemented. We further explored if homocysteine (Hcy) and leukocyte telomere length (LTL) mediate the association between serum folate and MCI.

Background: The Baveno VI criteria (B6C) have been recommended to screen high-risk varices (HRV) in patients with liver cirrhosis to avoid the use of esophagogastroduodenoscopy (EGD). Due to conservative nature of B6C and the general unavailability of transient elastography in the medical institutions, clinical application of B6C is restricted. We aimed to optimize B6C and attempted to replace the liver stiffness (LS) score with other parameters that could help patients avoid EGD.
