We present a pregnant woman, with diagnosis of acute myeloblastic leukemia (AML) established in the third trimester of pregnancy. She was delivered by Caesarean section at the end of 36th gestational week, and a healthy, mature-for-date, male infant was born. Combined chemotherapy (YU-AML protocol) was administered a week after the delivery, but the patient died after 7 months, due to resistant disease.
