Introduction And Objective: The Rehabilitation Definition for Research Purposes (RDRP), published in 2022 by Cochrane Rehabilitation, addresses discrepancies resulting from the multiplicity and heterogeneity of rehabilitation definitions hitherto used in the contexts of science, health, and social/legal aspects. The RDRP, based on the paradigm of the International Classification of Functioning, Disability, and Health, provides clear-cut criteria for what rehabilitation includes and excludes. The final version of the RDRP achieved brad agreement among global stakeholders.

[The Factors Related to Treatment Failure in Children with Acute Lymphoblastic leukemia--Analysis of Multi-Center Data from Real World in Fujian Province].

Objective: To analyze the related factors of treatment failure in children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) in real-world.

Methods: The clinical data of 1414 newly diagnosed children with ALL admitted to five hospital in Fujian province from April 2011 to December 2020 were retrospectively analyzed. Treatment failure was defined as relapse, non-relapse death, and secondary tumor.

Janus-kinase inhibitor use in immune-mediated inflammatory diseases beyond licensed indications: A scoping review.

Introduction: The use of Janus kinase inhibitors (JAKis) in immune-mediated inflammatory diseases (IMIDs) beyond licence is expanding rapidly. The aim of this scoping review was to identify and present the available evidence on the efficacy of JAKis in all conditions without marketing authorisation.

Methods: Through a systematic literature search we identified studies including 5 or more patients that assessed the use of any JAKi for any efficacy outcome.

This study examined the pattern of hospital gout admissions in New South Wales (NSW), the most populous state of Australia, with a particular focus on the Māori and Pacific Islander population.

Methods: This was a retrospective cohort study exploring the pattern of gout admissions in NSW public hospitals in the financial years 2017/2018 to 2019/2020.

Three-year prognoses after low-dose oral food challenge for cow's milk.

Background: Low-dose (LD) oral food challenge (OFC) with heated cow's milk (CM; 3 mL) effectively prevents CM elimination in children with CM allergy (CMA). We investigated the long-term prognoses after an LD-OFC for CMA.

Methods: Children with immediate CMA symptoms after consuming <25 mL of CM within 2 years of a baseline LD-OFC were retrospectively analyzed.

Introduction: Sciatica is a debilitating condition that often becomes chronic, and for which there are few effective treatment options. Objectives: To assess the effect of treatment on haemostatic parameters in patients with early rheumatoid arthritis (RA).

Methods: Patients with newly diagnosed RA started methotrexate and were randomised to additional conventional treatment, certolizumab pegol, abatacept or tocilizumab. Several biomarkers for haemostasis were analysed including parameters of the two global haemostatic assays-overall haemostatic potential (OHP) and endogenous thrombin potential (ETP), as well as single haemostatic factors-fibrinogen, prothrombin fragment 1+2 (F1+2), D-dimer, thrombin activatable fibrinolysis inhibitor (TAFI) and clot lysis time (CLT) in 24 patients at baseline, 12 and 24 weeks after the start of the treatment.

The aim of this study was to investigate the efficacy of adjunctive hydrogen therapy in an elderly patient with multiple chronic comorbidities.

Standard treatments include corticosteroids, intravenous immunoglobulins (IVIG), and plasmapheresis, with rituximab recommended for those unresponsive to first-line therapies. However, reliable biomarkers for clinical assessment remain elusive.

Objective: To explore the relationship between urinary albumin-to-creatinine ratio (uACR) and all-cause/specific-cause mortality among patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA).

Methods: This study included 1354 RA patients in the National Health and Nutritional Examination Surveys (NHANESs) during 1999-2018. The mortality status was assessed by linkage to death certificate data reported in the National Death Index (NDI) until December 31, 2019.
