Aim: Crying seems to be a common trigger for abusive head trauma (AHT), which is the leading cause of fatalities from physical abuse in infants. Our objective was to evaluate knowledge of AHT, crying infants and correct behavioural measures in a general population.
Methods: An online questionnaire (LimeSurvey) was created to assess the risk of shaking.

Background: The management of femoral fractures in children between 3 and 5 years of age is still vividly debated. Therefore, we aimed to assess the basic attitude of parents if confronted with a hypothetical femoral fracture of their toddler.
Materials And Methods: Parents of children aged between 12 and 36 months were asked for their preference after receiving detailed information on conservative and surgical treatment of femoral shaft fractures.

Background: Cases of ChAdOx1 nCoV-19 (AstraZeneca) vaccinated patients with thrombocytopenia, elevated D-dimer, and elevated platelet factor 4 (PF4) antibody levels with- and without thrombosis have been reported. No recommendations regarding the duration of anticoagulation have been made, because data on the long-term course beyond the first weeks is lacking.

Background: The treatment of anorexia nervosa (AN) is often challenging due to medical complications as well as high relapse and mortality rates. Studies about effective treatment options for people with AN are particularly scarce in the adolescent population. This paper is a study protocol for a multi-center cohort study assessing the feasibility, acceptability and efficacy of a new, manualized treatment program, the "Maudsley Model of Anorexia Nervosa Treatment for Adolescents and Young Adults" (MANTRa) compared to psychotherapeutic treatment as usual (TAU).

Purpose: To follow up on child protection children after their discharge from hospital in order to assess efficiency of our child protection team (CPT) and collaboration of family and of Youth Welfare Agencies (YWA) with the clinical CPT.
Methods: Collaboration of the family considering treatment and controls was documented. Questionnaires were sent to the involved social worker and collaboration with the YWA was analyzed.
