Study Question: To what extent can hypertensive disorders in pregnancy (HDP) explain the higher risk of preterm birth following frozen embryo transfer (frozen-ET) and fresh embryo transfer (fresh-ET) in ART compared with naturally conceived pregnancies?
Summary Answer: HDP did not contribute to the higher risk of preterm birth in pregnancies after fresh-ET but mediated 20.7% of the association between frozen-ET and preterm birth.

Objective: This paper describes the relationship between elastic tissue properties and strain and presents an initial investigation of pulse-echo ultrasound to measure two uncorrelated elastic parameters in tissue-mimicking phantoms. The two elastic parameters are the shear modulus, related to deformation of shape, and what we in the paper define as the nonlinear compressibility, related to deformation of volume.
Methods: We prepared tissue-mimicking phantoms containing lesions of variable shear modulus and variable nonlinear compressibility.

Methods: Leveraging a de-identified dataset from a tertiary care university hospital, we developed an eXplainable Artificial Intelligence (XAI) framework combining tree-based and traditional machine learning (ML) models with interpretations and statistical analysis of predictors of mortality, readmission, and PLOS.
Results: Our framework demonstrated exceptional predictive performance with a notable area under the receiver operating characteristic (AUROC) of 0.
