Factor VII deficiency (FVIId) is a congenital coagulation disorder with a wide spectrum of bleeding phenotypes. Percutaneous coronary intervention requires full anticoagulation during stent implantation to avoid acute coronary thrombosis and long-term dual antiplatelet therapy. Feasibility of percutaneous coronary intervention in FVIId is not described in literature.
