Takotsubo cardiomyopathy (TCM) is clinically identical to acute myocardial infarction. We report an unusual case of TCM and review similar cases in pregnant women. A young woman with no pre-existing cardiovascular risk factors suffered sudden dyspnea during a cesarean section.

Factor VII deficiency (FVIId) is a congenital coagulation disorder with a wide spectrum of bleeding phenotypes. Percutaneous coronary intervention requires full anticoagulation during stent implantation to avoid acute coronary thrombosis and long-term dual antiplatelet therapy. Feasibility of percutaneous coronary intervention in FVIId is not described in literature.
