Introduction: Restoration of the anterior knee compartment is increasingly studied with the development of personalized surgery. However, evaluating the patellar tracking during the surgery is still subjective and at the surgeon's discretion. This study aimed 1) to describe the assessment of the patellar tracking during robotic-assisted total knee arthroplasty (TKA), 2) to describe a new measurement technique for evaluating the evolution of this patellar tracking, and 3) to assess its reliability and repeatability.

Background: According to people with a higher weight, physicians are the second most stigmatizing group related to excess weight. As a result of these weight-related biases, the therapeutic relationship with the patient and the quality of care would be negatively affected. In addition, this stigma could negatively impact the clinical practice related to higher weight and avoidance of care.

Purpose: Although patellofemoral instability (PFI) affects both femoral and patellar compartments, literature provided little attention for the patellar morphology contribution on PFI. This study evaluates the patellar morphology patterns on MRI to establish their contribution in PFI.
Methods: This study retrospectively analyzes patellar MRI and X-ray measurements performed between 2018 and 2022.

Marginal Zone Lymphoma (MZL) comprises three subtypes: extranodal MZL (EMZL), splenic MZL (SMZL) and nodal MZL (NMZL). Since clinical trials have limited representativeness, there is a need for real-world data (RWD) evidence in MZL. Real-world data in Lymphoma and survival in Adults (REALYSA) is a prospective multicentric French cohort of newly diagnosed lymphoma patients.

Background: The objective of the study was to identify the psychosocial and contextual markers considered by physicians to personalize care.
Methods: An online questionnaire with one open-ended question, asking physicians to describe clinical situations in which they personalized care, was used. Physicians were recruited from March 31, 2023, to August 10, 2023, from three hospitals, five university departments of general practice and six physician organizations in France.

T-lymphoblastic lymphoma (T-LBL) and thymoma are two rare primary tumors of the thymus deriving either from T-cell precursors or from thymic epithelial cells, respectively. Some thymoma subtypes (AB, B1, and B2) display numerous reactive terminal deoxynucleotidyl transferase-positive (TdT) T-cell precursors masking epithelial tumor cells. Therefore, the differential diagnosis between T-LBL and TdT T-lymphocyte-rich thymoma could be challenging, especially in the case of needle biopsy.

Purpose: Hip and knee arthroplasties are daily procedures in orthopaedic departments. Recently, same-day discharge (SDD) became increasingly popular, but doubts remain about its safety and generalization. Our hypothesis is that outpatient arthroplasty, in a high volume centre and with an institutional protocol, is an effective and reliable practice.

Background: Reverse shoulder arthroplasty (RSA) is popular for the treatment of degenerative glenohumeral joint disease. Bone remodeling around the humeral stem related to stress shielding (SS) has been described. This review focuses on the specific radiological characteristics, risk factors, and clinical consequences of SS in RSA.

Background: Results of conventional induction chemotherapies in primary central nervous system lymphoma (PCNSL) need to be improved. Ibrutinib, a BTK inhibitor, and lenalidomide, an immunomodulatory drug, have shown promising results at relapse, supporting to further assess their individual use in combination with high-dose methotrexate-based chemotherapy.
Methods: Patients with newly diagnosed PCNSL were randomized to receive four 28-day cycles of ibrutinib or lenalidomide in combination with R-MPV (rituximab, methotrexate, procarbazine, vincristine and prednisone) in a 3 + 3 design.

Objectives: Limited data exists on complications associated with robotic image-based system in knee arthroplasty. This study aims to document complications in robotic arm-assisted knee arthroplasties, and evaluate the system's safety by comparing two femoral pin insertion methods: bicortical diaphyseal with additional stab wounds, and unicortical metaphyseal placement through the main incision.
Methods: All patients undergoing primary knee arthroplasty with the image-based robotic system (Mako, Stryker, Mako Surgical Corp.

Introduction: Simultaneous bilateral total hip arthroplasty (THA) has demonstrated similar clinical outcomes to staged bilateral THA. However, there is scarce data regarding the early postoperative complications. This study compares simultaneous to staged bilateral THA with the direct anterior approach (DAA) regarding early complications and revision surgeries.

Tafasitamab plus lenalidomide (TAFA-LEN) treatment relevance pre- or post-anti-CD19 chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cell therapy is debated. We analyzed patients with large B-cell lymphoma in the DESCAR-T registry treated with axi[1]cel or tisa-cel in ≥3rd line and TAFA-LEN before (n = 15, "TL-pre-CAR-T" set) or directly after (n = 52, "TL-post-CAR-T" set) CAR T-cell therapy. We compared TAFA-LEN v.

The resurgence of phage therapy, once abandoned in the early 20th century in part due to issues related to the purification process and stability, is spurred by the global threat of antibiotic resistance. Engineering advances have enabled more precise separation unit operations, improving overall purification efficiency. The present review discusses the physicochemical properties of impurities commonly found in a phage lysate, e.
