Introduction: Cervical facet dislocations are one of the traumas that caused the neurological disability, and it is often found and shows a spectrum of facet fracture-dislocations. Cervical facet dislocation classified by the mean of mechanism into a flexion-distraction injury. The goal of the treatment is to reduce the dislocation in favour of the patient's condition and hospital facility.

Gelatin sponge as a rare and forgotten cause of early-onset neurological deficit post osteotomy of thoracolumbar kyphosis-A case report and review of literature.

Introduction: Neurological deficits complicating the correction of spinal deformity usually occur acutely during surgery or immediately after surgery. Absorbable gelatin sponges have been used to control bleeding and prevent undesired event during and after spinal surgery since more than 50 years ago. However, its potency of osmotic expansion within an enclosed space containing neural tissue can cause compression of the spinal cord.

Reconstruction of osteosarcoma of the proximal tibia using bone on polyethylene hemiarthroplasty knee joint system: A case report.

Introduction: Current treatment in treating patient with osteosarcoma is combination of chemotherapy and surgery, either limb-sparing or limb-ablation surgery. One challenge in limb-sparing technique in children is how to deal with the remaining growth of the bone. We created a limb-sparing reconstruction technique that can be fitted in many types of hospital and have a good functional outcome.

In this meta-analysis, we aimed to compare the diagnostic accuracy of 2D- and 3D/4D-HyCoSy for the assessment of tubal occlusion in women with infertility, using a laparoscopic tubal chromoperturbation dye test as the reference standard. Studies assessing 2D- and 3D/4D-HyCoSy for the assessment of tubal occlusion in women with infertility were searched from January 1990 to April 2019 using Medline and Web of Science databases by three of the authors, using the terms: 'hysterosalpingo-contrast-sonography', 'sonohysterosalpingography', 'HyCoSy', 'HyFoSy', 'three-dimensional', 'four-dimensional', 'ultrasound', 'tubal patency' and 'tubal occlusion'. Data quality was determined using the QUADAS-2 tool.

Introduction: Traumatic dislocation of the hip is a very severe injury. Posterior hip dislocation can be associated with acetabular fracture, which can ultimately result in a higher incidence of complications.

Case Presentation: We present a case report of 26-year-old men with a motor vehicle accident and suffered a posterior hip dislocation on left hip joint and acetabular fracture with Judet-Letournel type posterior wall and femoral head fracture.

Peroneal groove deepening as the treatment of peroneal tendon subluxation: A case report.

Introduction: Peroneal tendon subluxation is a relatively rare disorder that is often misdiagnosed as an ankle sprain. It affects mainly young adults, usually during sports activities. It is mostly caused by avulsion of the superior peroneal retinaculum (SPR) from its fibular insertion, which requires surgical intervention, especially for cases of symptomatic chronic peroneal tendon subluxation and/or dislocation.

A rare combination of closed fracture of right talar body Sneppen 2 with associated medial malleolus: A case report.

Introduction: Ankle fractures are common, with the incidence of up to 174 cases per 100,000 adults per year. The talus, the second largest tarsal bone, has distinctive imaging characteristics and injury patterns. Birth prevalence and characteristics of congenital cytomegalovirus infection in an urban birth cohort, Jakarta, Indonesia.

Objectives: Little is known about the birth prevalence and characteristics of congenital cytomegalovirus (CMV) infection in developing countries. To determine the prevalence and characteristics of congenital CMV infection in Indonesia, we conducted a prospective study in an urban birth cohort of neonates at a national referral hospital in 2016-2017, Jakarta, Indonesia.

Methods: Consecutively born neonates were screened for the presence of CMV by using pan-herpesvirus nested-PCR and Sanger sequencing in saliva and/or urine specimens.

However, this agent has delayed onset of action while vapocoolant spray serves more advantages. The vapocoolant spray containing ethyl chloride has fast onset and is safe, low cost, and widely available.

Low-grade intramedullary osteosarcoma presenting with multiple sclerotic bone lesions.

Low-grade intramedullary osteosarcoma is a less-aggressive type of osteosarcoma for which delays in diagnosis are common. We present the case of a 42-year-old woman with complaints of low back pain. Multiple imaging evaluations and biopsy procedures were necessary to make the final diagnosis.

Isolation and complete genome analysis of neurotropic dengue virus serotype 3 from the cerebrospinal fluid of an encephalitis patient.

Although neurological manifestations associated with dengue viruses (DENV) infection have been reported, there is very limited information on the genetic characteristics of neurotropic DENV. Here we describe the isolation and complete genome analysis of DENV serotype 3 (DENV-3) from cerebrospinal fluid of an encephalitis paediatric patient in Jakarta, Indonesia. Next-generation sequencing was employed to deduce the complete genome of the neurotropic DENV-3 isolate.
