The participants were nurses with more than one year of work experience in general hospitals in South Korea, recruited using convenience sampling. A total of 227 data samples were collected.

This study attempted to identify factors affecting depression in relation to loneliness among adolescents. The study participants were 2668 adolescents aged 12 to 18 years who felt stressed and lonely. The variables in this study were classified into sociodemographic and psychological characteristics based on the 16th Korea Youth Risk Behavior Web-Based Survey items.

Purpose: Supportive interventions to improve breastfeeding practice are needed in nursing. This study investigated the effects of pectoralis major myofascial release massage (MRM) on breast pain and engorgement among breastfeeding mothers and on breast milk intake and sleep patterns among newborns.
Methods: Breastfeeding mothers who had delivered between 37 and 43 weeks and had 7-to 14-dayold newborns were recruited from a postpartum care center in Gunpo, Korea.

Background: This study explored the effects of a virtual reality exercise program on overweight middle-aged women. Methods: This randomized controlled trial included women 40−65 years of age with a body mass index (BMI) of 23 kg/m2 or more living in Daejeon City. The virtual reality environment was set up by attaching an IoT sensor to an indoor bicycle and linking it with a smartphone, enabling exercise in an immersive virtual reality through a head-mounted display.

Virtual reality technology has been adopted to overcome barriers of conventional simulation. This study was conducted to determine the impact of mixed simulation (a 360° virtual reality and a high-fidelity simulator) on learning how to provide nursing care for patients with arrhythmia. A total of 49 students were randomly assigned to intervention (n = 25) and control (n = 23) groups.

Background: Smart glass technology offers remote interaction between health professionals for telehealth, alleviating healthcare disparities in isolated areas.
Objective: To evaluate the professionals' perceptions of smart glass technology as a tool for telehealth and distance learning.
Method: This mixed-method study on health professionals in 10 different island areas in Korea involved participants experiencing a smart glass-based telehealth system using the scenario of clinical consultation with remote specialists.

Research on fault detection algorithm was developed with the similarity measure and random forest algorithm. The organized algorithm was applied to unmanned aircraft vehicle (UAV) that was readied by us. Similarity measure was designed by the help of distance information, and its usefulness was also verified by proof.
