Effects of comfort nursing on pain and quality of life in children undergoing tonsillectomy.

Objective: To observe the effect of comfort nursing on pain, quality of life, and nutritional status in children undergoing tonsillectomy.

Methods: In this retrospective study, a total of 114 children who underwent tonsillectomy in Chun'an Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were divided into a research group and a control group according to the nursing methods, with 57 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing care, and the research group received additional comfort nursing.

Effect of high-quality nursing on orthopedic trauma based on a fast-track surgery model.

Objective: To explore the effect of fast-track surgery (FTS) based high quality nursing on orthopedic trauma.

Methods: In this retrospective study, 94 patients who received orthopedic trauma surgery in our hospital from December 2018 to November 2020 were included. The patients were assigned to a research group (n=47) or a control group (n=47) according to which nursing method they received.

Effect of quality control circle on nursing in orthopaedic trauma surgery.

Objective: To explore the application effect of Quality Management Circle (QCC) in nursing of orthopaedic trauma surgery.

Methods: The clinical data of 134 cases undergoing orthopaedic trauma surgery were assigned into 2 groups according to different nursing methods. Thereinto, 67 cases with traditional nursing were considered as the control group (CG), and the left with traditional nursing and QCC activities were assigned as the study group (SG).
