Background: This study aims to explore whether serum miR-185-5p levels are related to the injury severity and prognosis of traumatic brain injury patients.
Methods: Serum miR-185-5p level was quantified in 120 TBI patients. The Glasgow Coma Scale (GCS) was used to grade the damage, and the Glasgow Outcome Scale (GOS) was used to evaluate the prognosis 3 months after TBI.

This meta-analysis aimed to investigate the effects of the enhanced recovery after surgery (ERAS) nursing program on surgical wound infection (SWI) and postoperative complications in patients undergoing total knee arthroplasty (TKA). The PubMed, Web of Science, Cochrane Library, Embase, China National Knowledge Infrastructure and Wanfang databases were searched from the date of establishment of the database until August 2023 for randomised controlled trials (RCTs) that assessed the effects of the ERAS nursing program on SWI and postoperative complications in patients undergoing TKA. The literature was screened, data were extracted by two independent investigators, and the literature quality was assessed using the methods recommended by the Cochrane Collaboration.

BACKGROUND This retrospective study aimed to investigate the efficacy and safety of image-guided intensity-modulated radiation therapy (IMRT) and volumetric modulated arc therapy (VMAT) combined with administration of paclitaxel liposomes and cisplatin for locally advanced stage IIB-IIIB cervical cancer at a single center in China. MATERIAL AND METHODS The clinical data of 126 patients with stage IIB-IIIB cervical cancer treated in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. The patients were divided into the IMRT group (n=63) and the VMAT group (n=63).
