Background: Since the snare traction-assisted ESD has been proven effective in treating flat lesions of the digestive tract, we modified and innovated the process and path of the traditional snare entering the digestive tract, aiming to investigate the efficacy and safety of using the per-nasal "GTS partner" assisted traction technology in gastric ESD.
Methods: Patients with superficial gastric neoplasms were prospectively enrolled between November 2022 and May 2024 and randomly assigned to a conventional ESD (C-ESD) group or per-nasal "GTS partner" traction-assisted ESD (GTS-ESD) group. The primary outcomes were procedure time and dissection speed.

Background: Acute ischemic stroke (AIS) is the most common type of stroke in clinical practice, and individuals with stroke are more prone to psychological disorders than healthy individuals. This study aims to explore the incidence of anxiety and depression and related influencing factors in individuals with AIS.
Methods: In brief, 680 individuals with AIS admitted to Chun'an County First People's Hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the research subjects, and their clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.

Bispecific T cell engager (BiTE) uses the single chain variable fragments (scFv) of two antibodies to redirect T cells to kill target cells. BiTEs for hematologic tumors has been approved for clinical use, and BiTEs for solid tumors showed therapeutic effects in clinical trials.
