Scientific prediction of migrant worker numbers provides decision-making references for resolving rural talent supply issues. Based on the evolutionary patterns and data features of Chongqing's migrant workers, a new grey prediction model is constructed. The new model is constructed by introducing fractional-order operators in the real domain.

Neural networks, on the other hand, have been widely developed to solve challenges in the domains of feature extraction, pattern detection, and the like in general. The presented study investigates the DNN (deep neural networks) use in the creation of facial detection operating systems.

Technological innovation and the upgrading of consumer preferences have greatly accelerated the rapid development of the "new retail" omnichannel model. Meeting the personalized and seamless interactive experience expected by consumers requires integrating the advantages of both offline and online channels and expanding the integrated and intelligent omnichannel layout. This has emerged as a complex problem that the industry urgently needs to address.

Evaluating the green development level (GDL) of a region will accelerate its economic transformation and promote ecological civilization. From the perspective of complex system, this study explores the green development level (GDL) of the Three Gorges Reservoir Area (TGRA) by constructing a novel and ecology-oriented evaluation system. The system is three-dimensional including indicators of environmental protection and utilization, green economy development, social harmony and prosperity.

The rural industry is the foundation for promoting farmers' income and rural development, and adhering to the green development of the rural industry is the internal requirement for comprehensively promoting Rural Revitalization Strategy (RRS) in China. Firstly, the article explains the three aspects of China's rural eco-industries' development logic: the rural eco-industries have the historical inevitability of action under the Ecological Civilization (EC), academic rationality of development under the theory of urban-rural integration development, and strategic action under ecological poverty alleviation. Secondly, it establishes the six components of the Chinese rural eco-eco-industries' scientific connotation: one guiding concept, three theoretical foundations, three development carriers, two practical paths, a 3*3 development model, and two fundamental goals.

This paper explores the effect mechanism of population aging on carbon dioxide emissions using provincial panel data in China from 2005 to 2019 and examines how aging affects carbon dioxide emissions through stepwise regression test and Sobel test respectively by constructing a multiple mediating effect model. The following conclusions have been drawn: (1) the results of the baseline regression show that population aging has a significant inhibitory effect on carbon emissions. (2) The results of intermediary effect test show that the intermediary effect of population aging through technological progress, industrial structure, consumption level, and consumption structure is significant.

In recent years, the increase of customer loan risk and the aggravation of the epidemic have led to the increase of customer default risk. Therefore, identifying high-risk customers has become an important research hotspot for banks. The customer's credit is the standard to evaluate the loan amount and interest rate, and the ability to quickly identify customer information has become a research hotspot.

According to the panel data from 2008 to 2020, empirical research is conducted on the coupling and coordination relationship between the higher vocational education and the regional economic development in the Yangtze River economic belt by constructing a comprehensive evaluation indicator system and using a coupling and coordination degree model. The research results show that, the development levels of the higher vocational education system and the regional economic development system in the Yangtze River economic belt have been on the rise over the past 13 years. There existed a sound coupling interaction between the two systems.

In this paper, a grey prediction model group is employed to quantitatively study the impact of COVID-19 on natural gas consumption in Chongqing, China. First, a grey prediction model group suitable for the prediction of Chongqing's natural gas consumption is introduced, which consists of GM(1,1), TWGM(1,1), and the newly-developed ODGM(1,1). Then, the model group is constructed to predict Chongqing's natural gas consumption in 2020.

China is the largest energy consumer and CO emitter in the world. Industrial ecologicalization (IE) as an effective way to reduce carbon emission and achieve green growth is vital for China to strive to peak carbon dioxide emissions before 2030 and achieve carbon neutrality before 2060. Thus, it is necessary and urgent to evaluate the industrial ecologicalization level (IEL) in China.

With the rapid development of DNA high-throughput testing technology, there is a high correlation between DNA sequence variation and human diseases, and detecting whether there is variation in DNA sequence has become a hot research topic at present. DNA sequence variation is relatively rare, and the establishment of DNA sequence sparse matrix, which can quickly detect and reason fusion variation point, has become an important work of tumor gene testing. Because there are differences between the current comparison software and mutation detection software in detecting the same sample, there are errors between the results of derivative sequence comparison and the detection of mutation.

Video abnormal event detection is a challenging problem in pattern recognition field. Existing methods usually design the two steps of video feature extraction and anomaly detection model establishment independently, which leads to the failure to achieve the optimal result. As a remedy, a method based on one-class neural network (ONN) is designed for video anomaly detection.

In the detection of genome variation, the research on the internal correlation of reference genome is deepening; the detection of variation in genome sequence has become the focus of research, and it has also become an effective path to find new genes and new functional proteins. The targeted sequencing sequence is used to sequence the exon region of a specific gene in cancer gene detection, and the sequencing depth is relatively large. Traditional alignment algorithms will lose some sequences, which will lead to inaccurate mutation detection.
