Response to cimetidine in a 1-year-old child with PFAPA syndrome.

Periodic fever, aphthous stomatitis, pharyngitis, and cervical adenitis (PFAPA) syndrome is characterized by periodic febrile attacks recurring regularly every 2 to 8 weeks.
