Two medicinal PA type Perilla germplasms were planted at five planting densities(D1,2 500 plants/Mu;D2,5 500 plants/Mu;D3,8 500 plants/Mu;D4,11 500 plants/Mu;D5,14 500 plants/Mu;1 Mu≈667 m~2). A total of 17 traits, including leaf shape, plant type, yield, volatile oil content and composition, were recorded and studied. With the planting density increased, the leaves appeared narrow, plants small, the deciduous leaves increased, and the leaf yield per plant was low, but the leaf yield per Mu increases significantly with the planting density, and was basically stable after reaching D4.

This study proposed a quantitative method for 34 pesticides including organochlorine,organophosphorus and pyrethroids in Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma herbs and medicinal slices,and analyzed the pesticide residues of collected Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma samples from different regions. With acetonitrile extraction and optimized Qu Ech ERS purification,the 32 batches of Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma herbs and medicinal slices were analyzed by matrix matching standard curve quantitative analysis under GC-MS/MS multi-response monitoring( MRM) mode. This study investigated the pretreatment of Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma samples based on the Qu Ech ERS method of Chinese Pharmacopoeia( 2015 edition,4),and the result showed that the recoveries of some pesticide was low and pigment has a strong interference in analysis,which result in worse purification effect.

Sepiae Endoconcha is a common marine animal medicine,which generally contains high concentration of arsenic( As).The Chinese Pharmacopoeia( 2010 edition,part I) stipulated that the total As content of Sepiae Endoconcha should not exceed 2 mg·kg~(-1),while this limit was revised to 10 mg·kg~(-1) in the 2015 edition. So far,there is no research on the speciation of As in Sepiae Endoconcha,which made it hard to accurately evaluate its security risk.

The present study is to investigate the chemical constituents and anti-inflammation of agarwood produced via whole-tree agarwood-inducing technique( Agar-Wit) from Aquilaria sinensis by column chromatographic technique and semi-preparation HPLC.Eleven sesquiterpenes were isolated from the agarwood produced by Agar-Wit,and their structures were identified on the basis of physiochemical characteristics and spectroscopic data analysis as baimuxinol( 1),5α,7α( H)-eudesm-11( 13)-en-4α-ol( 2),( 7 S,9 S,10 S)-( +)-9-hydroxy-selina-4,11-dien-14-al( 3),petafolia A( 4),7( 11)-eremophilen-8-one( 5),neopetasane( 6),petafolia B( 7),11-hydroxy-valenc-1( 10)-en-2-one( 8),( 4αβ,7β,8αβ)-3,4,4α,5,6,7,8,8α-octahydro-7-[1-( hydroxymethyl) ethenyl]-4α-methylnaphthalene-1-carboxaldehyde( 9),12-hydroxy-4( 5),11( 13)-eudesmadien-15-al( 10),and( 4 R,5 R,7 S,9 S,10 S)-(-)-eudesma-11( 13)-en-4,9-diol( 11). Among them,compound 1 was a new natural product,and this is the first time to report its13 CNMR spectroscopic data.

The intestinal sac fluids at different time after administration of high,medium and low concentrations of Pterocephali Herba extract were collected and ten chemical components in fluid samples were detected by UPLC-PDA. The element speciation analysis for heavy metals in herbal medicines is still in the beginning stage. In this study,the total amount of arsenic( As) in 103 batches of 17 commonly used Chinese medicines( including 16 plant medicines and 1 medicinal fungus) was detected by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry( ICP-MS).
