[Analysis of evidence map of clinical research on Chinese patent medicines in treatment of chronic pulmonary heart disease].

Chinese patent medicines play a crucial role in the treatment of chronic pulmonary heart disease(CPHD). Nowadays, there is still a lack of comprehensive control over clinical research evidence in this field. This study aims to summarize the clinical research on the treatment of CPHD with Chinese patent medicines using an evidence map, in order to understand the current status and deficiencies of evidence in this area.

[Status of outcome indicators of randomized controlled trial of traditional Chinese medicine in treatment of non-severe community-acquired pneumonia].

To analyze the outcome indicators of randomized controlled trial(RCT) of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) in the treatment of non-severe community-acquired pneumonia(NSCAP), and to provide a basis for the design of NSCAP clinical trials and the construction of core outcome set. CNKI, Wanfang, VIP, SinoMed, PubMed, EMbase, Cochrane Library, and Web of Science were systematically searched from establishment to August 31, 2023. Two reviewers independently screened the literature, extracted data, and evaluated the risk of bias in the included studies.

[Evidence mapping analysis of clinical studies in treatment of chronic kidney disease with traditional Chinese medicine in recent ten years].

Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) has significant advantages in treatment of chronic kidney disease, but its clinical research evidence needs to be further summarized and improved. By means of evidence mapping, this paper systematically categorized the clinical research on TCM in treating chronic kidney disease in recent ten years, so as to understand the existing evidence level in this field and offer a reference for addressing current issues. The relevant literature published between January 1, 2013 and December 31, 2023 was systematically searched in both Chinese and English databases.

[Analysis of prescription rules for hyperlipidemia comorbid with hypertension based on latent structure model and association rules].

Based on the latent structure model and association rule analysis, the regularity of prescription for hyperlipidemia comorbid with hypertension was explored, and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) pattern type was speculated to provide a reference for clinical pattern differentiation and treatment, and guideline establishment. The literature on the treatment of hyperlipidemia comorbid with hypertension by TCM was systematically searched on CNKI, Wanfang, VIP, and SinoMed academic platforms. The relevant information was extracted and a database was established using Microsoft Excel 2019.

[Effects of Qixiong Zuogui Compound Prescription on blood-brain barrier permeability of rats with ischemic stroke by interfering in exosomes of bone marrow stem cells and its anti-aging effects].

This study explores the reparative effect of Qixiong Zuogui Compound Prescription(QXZG) intervention on the blood-brain barrier(BBB) in the aging brain with middle cerebral artery occlusion(MCAO) in rats mediated by bone marrow stem cells(BMSCs)-derived exosomes, as well as its anti-aging mechanism. An aging MCAO composite model was established using D-galactose-induced aging combined with line embolism. Rats were divided into young sham surgery group, aging sham surgery group, model group, exosome group, and exosome with traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) intervention group.

[Benefit-risk assessment of three oral Chinese patent medicines for activating blood and eliminating mass in treating primary liver cancer based on network Meta-analysis and multi-criteria decision analysis].

[Meta-analysis and trial sequential analysis of Shenshao Capsules in treatment of angina pectoris in coronary heart disease].

The efficacy and safety of Shenshao Capsules in combination with conventional western medicine for the treatment of angina pectoris in coronary heart disease were systematically evaluated. Computer search of seven databases, including CNKI, Wanfang, VIP, SinoMed, PubMed, EMbase, and Cochrane Library, was conducted to identify randomized controlled trial(RCT) on Shenshao Capsules for the treatment of angina pectoris in coronary heart disease up to December 2023. According to inclusion and exclusion criteria, articles were screened, and data was extracted.

[Rules of prescriptions for heart failure of dilated cardiomyopathy based on latent structure model and association rules].

The latent structure model and association rules analysis were employed to explore the compatibility rules of prescriptions for heart failure of dilated cardiomyopathy, with a view to providing theoretical support for the clinical treatment of this disease based on syndrome differentiation and the formulation of guidelines. The articles about the treatment of heart failure of dilated cardiomyopathy were retrieved from CNKI, Wanfang, VIP, and SinoMed. The database was established in Microsoft Excel 2019.

[Analysis of clinical research features and outcome indexes of traditional Chinese medicine intervention in septic kidney injury].

This study aims to systematically review the clinical features and outcome indicators in randomized controlled trial(RCT) of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) intervention in septic kidney injury and provide a reference for optimizing clinical study design and building the core outcome set(COS) of TCM treatment of septic kidney injury. Computer searches were conducted on PubMed, Cochrane Library, EMbase, Web of Science, CNKI, Wanfang, VIP, and SinoMed to find published RCT of TCM intervention in septic kidney injury in the past five years, extract the basic characteristics, intervention measures, outcome indicators, and other data of included studies, and conduct descriptive analysis. 53 RCTs were included, and the sample size was mostly concentrated in 60-80 cases, with abdominal infection being the most common(15 articles, 83.

An evidence map was established to comprehensively sort out the clinical research in the treatment of post-acute myocardial infarction heart failure(P-AMI-HF) with Chinese patent medicines, so as to reveal the distribution of evidence in this field. CNKI, Wanfang, VIP, SinoMed, PubMed, Cochrane Library, and EMbase were searched for the randomized controlled trial(RCT), systematic reviews/Meta-analysis, and guidelines/consensus in this field. The evidence was analyzed and displayed in the form of a combination of text, charts, bubble charts, and bar charts, and the quality of RCT, systematic reviews/Meta-analysis, and guidelines/consensus were evaluated by RoB 1.

[Regularity of prescriptions for sick sinus syndrome based on latent structure combined with association rules].

This study aims to mine the regularity of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) prescriptions for sick sinus syndrome(SSS) and provide a reference for clinical syndrome differentiation and treatment. The relevant papers were retrieved from CNKI, Wanfang, VIP, and SinoMed with the time interval from inception to January 31, 2023. The relevant information from qualified papers was extracted to establish a library.

[Network Meta-analysis of efficacy and safety of different traditional Chinese medicine injections in treating post-acute myocardial infarction heart failure].

This study aims to systematically review the efficacy and safety of different traditional Chinese medicine injections combined with conventional treatment for patients with post-acute myocardial infarction heart failure. The relevant randomized controlled trial(RCT) was retrieved from CNKI, Wanfang, VIP, SinoMed, PubMed, EMbase, and Cochrane Library with the time interval from inception to May 13, 2023. Two reviewers independently screened the literature, extracted data, and assessed the risk of bias of the included studies.

[Comparison of distribution of eight components from Liangxue Tuizi Mixture between normal and Henoch-Schonlein purpura rats].

This study used UPLC-TQ-MS technology to replicate a Henoch-Schonlein purpura(HSP) model in rats by administering warm drugs by gavage and injecting ovalbumin with Freund's complete adjuvant emulsion. The distribution differences and characteristics of eight major components(ferulic acid, caffeic acid, neochlorogenic acid, cryptochlorogenic acid, benzoyl oxypaeoniflorin, tracheloside, loganin, and paeoniflorin) in rat liver, lung, heart, spleen, and kidney tissues were determined after oral administration of the Liangxue Tuizi Mixture at a dose of 42 g·kg~(-1) in both normal physiological and HSP states at 0.5, 1, 2, 6, and 12 hours.

The model of cerebral IR injury was established using the middle cerebral artery occlusion method. Fluorocitrate(FC), an inhibitor of astrocyte activation, was applied to inhibit astrocyte activation.

[hiPSCs and organoids: prediction of arrhythmogenic risks for optimized traditional Chinese medicine].

Accurate assessment of the risks associated with traditional Chinese medicine(TCM), such as the potential to induce serious cardiovascular adverse reactions including cardiac arrhythmias, is crucial. This article introduced the pharmacological evaluation strategies for cardiac safety and the progress in cardiac organ research, with a focus on discussing the application prospects of human induced pluripotent stem cells(hiPSCs) and organoids in assessing the risks of TCM-induced cardiac arrhythmias. Compared with traditional animal models, hiPSCs and organoid models provide better reference and predictive capabilities, allowing for more accurate simulation of human cardiac responses.

[Network Meta-analysis of oral Chinese patent medicines in treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease].

This study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of eight oral Chinese patent medicines in the treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD) by network Meta-analysis. Randomized controlled trial(RCT) on the treatment of AECOPD with eight oral Chinese patent medicines was retrieved from databases including CNKI, Wanfang, VIP, SinoMed, PubMed, Web of Science, EMbase, and Cochrane Library from database inception to August 6, 2022. The information was extracted from the included literature and the quality of the included studies was evaluated using the Cochrane risk of bias assessment tool.

[Potential components and mechanism of Liangxue Tuezi Mixture in treating Henoch-Schönlein purpura based on network pharmacology and metabolomics].

Ultra-performance liquid chromatography-quadrupole time of fight/mass spectrometry(UPLC-Q-TOF-MS) and UNIFI were employed to rapidly determine the content of the components in Liangxue Tuizi Mixture. The targets of the active components and Henoch-Schönlein purpura(HSP) were obtained from SwissTargetPrediction, Online Mendelian Inheritance in Man(OMIM), and GeneCards. A "component-target-disease" network and a protein-protein interaction(PPI) network were constructed.

[Effect of multi-glycosides of Tripterygium wilfordii on renal injury in diabetic kidney disease rats through NLRP3/caspase-1/GSDMD pyroptosis pathway].

This study investigated the effect of multi-glycosides of Tripterygium wilfordii(GTW) on renal injury in diabetic kidney disease(DKD) rats through Nod-like receptor protein 3(NLRP3)/cysteine-aspartic acid protease-1(caspase-1)/gsdermin D(GSDMD) pyroptosis pathway and the mechanism. To be specific, a total of 40 male SD rats were randomized into the normal group(n=8) and modeling group(n=34). In the modeling group, a high-sugar and high-fat diet and one-time intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin(STZ) were used to induce DKD in rats.

[Research progress of histone acetylation in prevention and treatment of heart failure and new ideas based on traditional Chinese medicine].

Chronic heart failure(CHF) has become a worldwide public health problem due to its high morbidity and mortality, which seriously endangers people's lifespan and quality of life. The distribution characteristics of evidence were analyzed and presented in charts combined with words.

Network Meta-analysis was conducted to compare the efficacy and safety of different Chinese medicine injections combined with conventional therapy in the treatment of stroke-associated pneumonia. CNKI, Wanfang, VIP, PubMed, Web of Science, and Cochrane Library were searched for the relevant literature pubslished from inception to April 1, 2022. Stata 17 was used for data analysis.

[Effect of astragaloside Ⅳ on angiotensin Ⅱ-induced inflammatory response of vascular endothelial cells and mechanism].

This study was designed to determine the inhibitory effect of astragaloside Ⅳ(AS-Ⅳ), a principal bioactive component extracted from the Chinese medicinal Astragali Radix, on the inflammatory response of vascular endothelial cells induced by angiotensin Ⅱ(Ang Ⅱ), the most major pathogenic factor for cardiovascular diseases, and to clarify the role of calcium(Ca~(2+))/phosphatidylinosi-tol-3-kinase(PI3K)/protein kinase B(Akt)/endothelial nitric oxide synthase(eNOS)/nitric oxide(NO) pathway in the process. To be specific, human umbilical vein endothelial cells(HUVECs) were cultured in the presence of AS-Ⅳ with or without the specific inhibitor of NO synthase(NG-monomethyl-L-arginine, L-NMMA), inhibitor of PI3K/Akt signaling pathway(LY294002), or Ca~(2+)-chelating agent(ethylene glycol tetraacetic acid, EGTA) prior to Ang Ⅱ stimulation. The inhibitory effect of AS-Ⅳ on Ang Ⅱ-induced inflammatory response and the involved mechanism was determined with enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA), cell-based ELISA assay, Western blot, and monocyte adhesion assay which determined the fluorescently labeled human monocytic cell line(THP-1) adhered to Ang Ⅱ-stimulated endothelial cells.
