A new species of the genus Ricker, 1943 (Plecoptera, Chloroperlidae), , is described from Tibet and Yunnan, southwestern China. A diagnosis and description of the adult habitus and aedeagal structure are illustrated with color images. Similarities in the terminalia with closely related species are discussed.

Two species of Nemouridae are described and illustrated from the Nanling Mountains of southern China, including a new species, from Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, and a new regional record species, Li & Yang, 2006 from Hunan Province.
