[Network Meta-analysis of Qi-supplementing and Yin-nourishing Chinese patent medicines in treatment of early diabetic nephropathy].

This study aimed to evaluate the efficacy of Qi-supplementing and Yin-nourishing Chinese patent medicine in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy(DN) by network Meta-analysis to explore the Chinese patent medicine with optimal efficacy and provide references for preventing renal deterioration and delaying the progression of early DN. Eight databases, including CNKI, Wanfang, VIP, SinoMed, PubMed, EMbase, Cochrane Library, and Web of Science, were searched for clinical randomized controlled trial(RCT) of Qi-supplementing and Yin-nourishing Chinese patent medicines in the treatment of early DN. After the literature mee-ting the inclusion criteria was screened, the quality of the literature was evaluated using the Cochrane risk-of-bias tool, and network Meta-analysis was performed using the BUGSnet package in R 4.

[Evidence mapping of clinical research on traditional Chinese medicine in treatment of diabetic foot].

The present study comprehensively summarized the clinical randomized controlled trials(RCTs) and systematic reviews/Meta-analyses of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) in the treatment of diabetic foot by evidence mapping and clarified the distribution of evidence in this field.CNKI, Wanfang, VIP, SinoMed, PubMed, EMbase, and Web of Science were searched for clinical RCTs and systematic reviews on TCM in the treatment of diabetic foot published in the past ten years.The evidence was analyzed and displayed in the form of text combined with figures and tables.

This study systematically sorted out the existing studies about Tianshu Capsules in the treatment of migraine(syndrome of blood stasis blocking collaterals, syndrome of ascendant hyperactivity of liver Yang), and conducted comprehensive clinical evaluation through "6+1" dimensions of safety, effectiveness, economy, innovation, suitability, accessibility, and characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) to embody the advantages and characteristics and clarify the precise clinical position of Tianshu Capsules. The value of each dimension was calculated via health technology assessment, the multi-criteria decision analysis(MCDA) mo-del and CSC v2.0 software.

This study systematically sorted out the evidence data of the safety, effectiveness, economy, innovation, suitability, accessibility, and characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) of Reyanning Mixture in the treatment of acute upper respiratory tract infection(heat-toxin attacking lung syndrome) with the qualitative and quantitative evaluation methods adopted. Based on evidence-based medicine, epidemiology, clinical medicine, evidence-based pharmacy, pharmacoeconomics, and health technology evalua-tion(HTA), the clinical value of Reyanning Mixture was evaluated using multi-criteria decision analysis(MCDA) model, Chinese patent medicine clinical evidence, and value evaluation software(CSC v2.0).

[Overview of systematic reviews/Meta-analysis of Xingnaojing Injection in treatment of intracerebral hemorrhage].

The systematic reviews concerning XNJ in the treatment of ICH were retrieved from four Chinese databases, four English databases, Chinese Clinical Trial Registry and ClinicalTrail.gov, with the retrieval time set from their inception to September 2020.

This paper systematically reviewed the efficacy and safety of gastrodin in the treatment of tension-type headache, aiming to provide a new choice for the treatment of this disease. In this study, four Chinese databases, four English databases and two trial registries were searched from the date of establishment to September 2020.

[Situation analysis of outcome indicators of randomized controlled trials of traditional Chinese medicine in treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage in recent three years].

The study aims to analyze the outcome indicators of randomized controlled trial(RCT) of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) in the treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage(HICH) in recent three years, and thus provide suggestions for the future studies in this field. Four English databases, four Chinese databases and two online registration websites of clinical trials were searched. The RCTs published between January 2018 and September 2020 were screened.

[Selection principles and analysis of common prescriptions in clinical practice guidelines of traditional Chinese medicine--case example of migraine].

In this study, common prescriptions were retrieved from existing data in multiple ways to determine the selection principle of common formulas in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) clinical practice guidelines. Taking the selection of common prescriptions in the clinical practice guidelines of TCM for migraine as an example, we searched common prescriptions for migraines from National Essential Medicine List, the National Drug Catalog for Basic Medical Insurance, Work-related Injury Insurance, and Maternity Insurance, Chinese Pharmacopoeia, three teaching materials and two clinical practice guidelines, and we also electronically searched CNKI, VIP, WanFang about famous clinical experience for migraine published from 1990 to 2019. At the same time, 32 prescriptions commonly used by experts in the clinical questionnaire survey were collected to summarize and analyze the TCM clinically applicable syndrome types and medication rules of the included prescriptions and medicines.

[Clinical practice guideline for migraine with traditional Chinese medicine(draft version for comments)].

The present clinical practice guideline was written by experts organized by the special group of key projects in the 13 th five-year plan period of the China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences based on the standards and procedures of World Health Orga-nization Handbook for Guideline Development, with "evidence-based, consensus-based, and experience-based principle" as a guide. On the basis of practice in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) and clinical research for migraine, following the idea and method of evidence-based medicine, as well as the expert experience, the current best evidence and patients' values, the internationally recognized evidence quality evaluation methods and recommendation grading system were combined with the prescription record of classical TCM, TCM expert experience, and modern clinical research evidences. The acupuncture therapy, classic prescriptions and Chinese patent medicines used in the treatment of migraine in acute stage and preventive treatment were summarized to obtain five classic prescriptions(Chuanxiong Chatiao Powder, Chuanxiong Dingtong Yin, Sanpian Decoction, Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction, and Tongqiao Huoxue Decoction), and four Chinese patent medicines(Zhengtian Pills, Toutongning Capsules, Tongtian Oral Liquid, and Yangxue Qingnao Granules/Pills), and the common problems in their clinical application were analyzed.

[Analysis of clinical application characteristics of Xingnaojing Injection in treating cerebral hemorrhage in real world].

To explore the population characteristics and clinical application characteristics of patients with cerebral hemorrhage treated with Xingnaojing Injection in real world. The model was established by Apriori algorithm, and the general information and medication information of 8 369 patients with cerebral hemorrhage treated with Xingnaojing Injection were analyzed by using Clementine 12.0 in the databases of information systems of 33 class Ⅲ grade A hospitals in China.

[Analysis of clinical application characteristics and drug combination of Ciwujia Injection in 12 554 cases in real world].

To explore the real world clinical application characteristics and the drug combination regularity of Ciwujia Injection, 12 554 cases of patients with Ciwujia Injection were extracted from the information systems of 24 class Ⅲ grade A hospitals in China, and a standardized analysis was carried out. Most of the patients were middle-aged and old-aged, and the main departments were cardiovascular department(22.50%) and neurology department(17.

[Complex network analysis of combination medication of patients with kidney malignant tumor based in real world].

Kidney malignant tumor is a type of primary renal cell carcinoma, and mainly refers to renal cancer. The incidence of kidney cancer and the number of hospital cases in China have been increasing. Based on the clinical medicine information of patients in the hospital information system(HIS) database of 37 hospitals in China, the combined medication of patients with kidney malignant tumor were analyzed by Tabu search algorithm, so as to analyze the combined medication of patients with kidney malignant tumor in real world.

[Systematic review and Meta-analysis of efficacy and safety of Xiangsha Yangwei Pills in treatment of chronic gastritis].

To systematically evaluate the efficacy and safety of Xiangsha Yangwei Pills in the treatment of chronic gastritis. Compu-ter retrieval was performed for Cochrane Library, Medline, EMbase, China Knowledge Network Database(CNKI), China Biomedical Literature Service System(SinoMed), Chongqing Weipu Chinese Science and Technology Journal Database(VIP) and WanFang Database(WanFang) randomized controlled trials about Xiangsha Yangwei Pills combined with Western medicine in the treatment of chro-nic gastritis. The retrieval time ranged from the establishment of the library to April 26, 2019.

Randomized controlled trials of Yinzhihuang Oral Liquid in treatment of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia were retrieved.

[Differences of antipyretic effect between Qingkailing soft capsule and hard capsule based on metabonomics].

The antipyretic effects of Qingkailing soft capsules and hard capsules were compared based on metabonomics technology,so as to provide basis for clinical rational use and quality control evaluation of its preparations. By using ultra high performance liquid chromatography-linear ion trap/orbitrap high resolution mass spectrometry( UPLC-LTQ/Orbitrap),and multivariate tatistical methods such as principal component analysis( PCA),partial least squares-discriminate analysis( PLS-DA) and orthogonal signal correction partial least square discriminant analysis( OPLS-DA),the changes of plasma endogenous metabolites in rat fever model induced by dry yeast were studied,so as to look for biomarkers related to fever. Based on these results,the antipyretic effects of two types of Qingkailing preparations were compared.
