All radiation workers were divided into radiation diagnosis, radiotherapy, interventional radiology, and nuclear medicine according to their occupational categories.

In this paper, we propose an efficient target detection algorithm, ASF-Sim-YOLO, to address issues encountered in escalator step defect detection, such as an excessive number of parameters in the detection network model, poor adaptability, and difficulties in real-time processing of video streams. Firstly, to address the characteristics of escalator step defects, we designed the ASF-Sim-P2 structure to improve the detection accuracy of small targets, such as step defects. Additionally, we incorporated the SimAM (Similarity-based Attention Mechanism) by combining SimAM with SPPF (Spatial Pyramid Pooling-Fast) to enhance the model's ability to capture key information by assigning importance weights to each pixel.

To quickly achieve nondestructive detection of protein content in fresh milk, this study utilized a network analyzer and an open coaxial probe to analyze the dielectric spectra of milk samples at 100 frequency points within the 2-20 GHz range, focusing on the dielectric constant ε' and the dielectric loss factor ε''. Feature variables were extracted from the full dielectric spectra using the successive projections algorithm (SPA), uninformative variables elimination (UVE), and the combined UVE-SPA method. These variables were then used to develop partial least squares regression (PLSR), support vector machine (SVM), decision tree (DT), random forest (RF), and least squares boosting (LSBOOST) models for predicting protein content.

This study developed an efficient method for identifying and quantitatively analyzing animal-origin milk powders using Raman spectroscopy combined with chemometrics. By employing the MultiClassClassifier model, the method achieved high accuracy in distinguishing various types of animal-origin milk powders, with sensitivity and specificity both exceeding 80% and an overall accuracy of 93%. Furthermore, the quantitative models based on partial least squares regression and support vector machine regression exhibited excellent linear correlations, with both root mean square error and mean relative error below 0.
