Purpose: To investigate the effect of propranolol on urine bFGF, MMP-2, MMP-9 expression of children with proliferative infantile hemangioma(IH), so as to clarify the mechanism of propranolol in treating IH.

Methods: From June 2018 to June 2019, thirty-four children with proliferative IH were treated with oral propranolol. In addition, twenty-one normal children (age <12 months) were chosen as the control group.

Objective: This study aimed to explore the role of primary nursing in patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage (HICH) undergoing minimally invasive surgery.

Osteosarcoma is one of the most serious bone malignancies with rapid speed of deterioration and low survival rate in children and teenagers. Chemotherapy is an important treatment for osteosarcoma, while the conventional small-molecule therapeutics exhibit low efficacies and severe side effects in the clinic. Drug-delivery platforms based on nanotechnology, particularly for self-stabilized delivery platforms with prolonged blood circulation, enhanced intratumoral accumulation, improved antitumor efficacy, and diminished side effects, may break the deadlock on osteosarcoma chemotherapy.
