Insilico Medicine Shanghai Ltd, Suite 901, Tower C, Changtai Plaza, 2889 Jinke Road, Pudong New District, Shanghai 201203, China.

Protein arginine methyltransferase 5 (PRMT5), which catalyzes the symmetric dimethylation of arginine residues on target proteins, plays a critical role in gene expression regulation, RNA processing, and signal transduction. Aberrant PRMT5 activity has been implicated in cancers and other diseases, making it a potential therapeutic target. Here, we report the discovery of a methylthioadenosine (MTA) cooperative PRMT5 inhibitor.

Hangzhou Carbonsilicon AI Technology Company Limited, Hangzhou 310018, Zhejiang, China.

Applying artificial intelligence techniques to flexibly model the binding between the ligand and protein has attracted extensive interest in recent years, but their applicability remains improved. In this study, we have developed CarsiDock-Flex, a novel two-step flexible docking paradigm that generates binding poses directly from predicted structures. CarsiDock-Flex consists of an equivariant deep learning-based model termed CarsiInduce to refine ESMFold-predicted protein pockets with the induction of specific ligands and our existing CarsiDock algorithm to redock the ligand into the induced binding pockets.

We demonstrate that fundamental nonlinear localized modes can exist in the Chen-Lee-Liu equation modified by several parity-time (PT) symmetric complex potentials. The explicit formula of analytical solitons is derived from the physically interesting Scarf-II potential, and families of spatial solitons in internal modes are numerically captured under the optical lattice potential. By the spectral analysis of linear stability, we observe that these bright solitons can remain stable across a broad scope of potential parameters, despite the breaking of the corresponding linear PT-symmetric phases.

Memristors are commonly used to introduce various chaotic systems and can be used to enhance their chaotic characteristics. However, due to the strict construction conditions of Hamiltonian systems, there has been limited research on the development of memristive Hamiltonian conservative chaotic systems (MHCCSs). In this work, a method for constructing three-terminal memristors is proposed, and the three-terminal memristors are incorporated into the Hamiltonian system, resulting in the development of a class of n-D MHCCS.

Pneumonia is a prevalent acute respiratory infection and a major cause of mortality and hospitalization, and the urgent demand for a rapid, direct, and highly accurate diagnostic method capable of detecting both () and () arises from their prominent roles as the primary pathogens responsible for pneumonia. Herein, two luminescent iridium complexes with nonoverlapping photoluminescence spectra, iridium(III)-bis [4,6-(difluorophenyl)-pyridinato-N,C'] picolinate (abbreviated as Ir-B) and bis (2-(3,5- dimethylphenyl) quinoline-C2,N') (acetylacetonato) iridium(III)) (abbreviated as Ir-R), were unprecedently proposed to construct a novel wavelength-resolved magnetic multiplex biosensor for simultaneous detection of and based on catalytic hairpin assembly (CHA) signal amplification strategy combined with dye-doped silica nanoparticles. Notably, the proposed wavelength-resolved multiplex biosensor not only exhibits a broad linear range from 50 pM to 10 nM but also demonstrates excellent recovery rates for (96.

The assembly of peptides is generally mediated by liquid-liquid phase separation, which enables control over assembly kinetics, final structure, and functions of peptide-based supramolecular materials. Modulating phase separation can alter the assembly kinetics of peptides by changing solvents or introducing external fields. Herein, we demonstrate that the assembly of peptides can be effectively catalyzed by complex coacervates.

Chongqing Key Laboratory of Natural Product Synthesis and Drug Research, Chemical Biology Research Center, School of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chongqing University, Chongqing 401331, People's Republic of China.

We present a versatile palladium-catalyzed glycosylation platform that enables facile access to structurally diverse N-O-linked glycosides with constantly excellent regio- and stereoselectivities. Importantly, this approach offers a broad substrate scope, low catalyst loadings, and outstanding chemoselectivity, allowing for the selective reaction of oximes/hydroximic acids over hydroxyl groups that would otherwise pose challenges in conventional glycosylation methods. The synthetic utility of this method is further exemplified through a range of synthetic transformations and late-stage modification of bioactive molecules.

One of the primary challenges in commercializing perovskite solar cells (PSCs) is achieving both high power conversion efficiency (PCE) and sufficient stability. We integrate wafer-scale continuous monolayer MoS buffers at the top and bottom of a perovskite layer through a transfer process. These films physically block ion migration of perovskite into carrier transport layers and chemically stabilize the formamidinium lead iodide phase through strong coordination interaction.
