[Gastric adenocarcinoma complicated by subarachnoid hemorrhage and cerebral infarction: a rare case of Trousseau syndrome and literature review].

Trousseau's syndrome is a thromboembolic disorder associated with malignancies, with cerebral infarction and hemorrhage representing common central nervous system complications in patients with cancer. This report details the diagnosis and treatment of a patient with gastric adenocarcinoma at our institution who concurrently developed cerebral infarction and subarachnoid hemorrhage. We performed a comprehensive literature review in the Wanfang and PubMed databases, searching for relevant studies on Trousseau's syndrome, cerebral embolism, and subarachnoid hemorrhage.

[Analysis and prediction of the age-period-cohort model of disease burden of rheumatoid arthritis in China from 1990 to 2019].

Using the Global Burden of Disease Study 2019 (GBD 2019) database, the Joinpoint regression model was used to analyze the trend of rheumatoid arthritis (RA) incidence and the standardized disability-adjusted life years (DALY) rate in China. The age, period, and cohort effects were discussed based on the age-period-cohort model. The grey prediction model GM (1, 1) was used to fit the trend of incidence and the standardized DALY rate of RA and predict the incidence and standardized DALY rate of RA in China from 2020 to 2034.

[Efficacy and safety of transarterial chemoembolization combined with sintilimab and bevacizumab biosimilar for unresectable hepatocellular carcinoma].

To investigate the efficacy and safety of transarterial chemoembolization (TACE) combined with sintilimab and bevacizumab biosimilar in the treatment of unresectable hepatocellular careinoma (uHCC). The clinical data of 64 patients with unresectable HCC, who were admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Soochow University between January 2021 and December 2023, were retrospectively analyzed. The patients were divided into a combination group (=43, receiving TACE combined with sintilimab and bevacizumab biosimilar) and control group (=21, receiving only sintilimab and bevacizumab biosimilar).

[Study of the occurrence of metabolic dysfunction-associated fatty liver disease in obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome and its risk factors].

To analyze the occurrence of metabolic dysfunction-associated fatty liver disease (MAFLD) and related inflammatory indicators in obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS) and explore the risk factors of MAFLD. A cross-sectional study. From January 2022 to October 2024,172 patients with sleep disorders were enrolled in the First Affiliated Hospital of Soochow University,including 38 patients with non-OSAHS,53 patients with mild OSAHS,37 patients with moderate OSAHS,and 44 patients with severe OSAHS.

[The characteristics and associated factors of hand dysfunction in patients with rheumatoid arthritis].

To investigate the characteristics of hand dysfunction and its associated factors in patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA). A cross-sectional study. Patients with RA were recruited from January 2019 to April 2024 at the Department of Rheumatology and Immunology, Sun Yat-Sen Memorial Hospital, Sun Yat-Sen University.

[Expert consensus on the perioperative management of co-ablation system therapy of liver tumors].

This study aims to improve the quality of clinical treatment and nursing care to standardize perioperative management for patients with liver tumors undergoing co-ablation system therapy. The Committee of Ablation Therapy in Oncology, China Anti-Cancer Association; the Expert Committee on Ablation Therapy; Chinese Society of Clinical Oncology (CSCO); and the Committee of Interventional, Perioperative, and Interventional Physician Branch of Chinese Medical Doctors Association organized medical and nursing experts in China. Based on the clinical practice of co-ablation system therapy in China and relevant domestic literature, an expert consensus about perioperative management was developed.

However, this is not matched with critical care professionals and the current state of medical care in China.

[Clinical characteristics and prognosis of ovarian juvenile granulosa cell tumors].

To analyze the clinical characteristics, treatments, and prognosis of patients with ovarian juvenile granulosa cell tumor (JGCT). Clinical and pathological data, and follow-up information of 34 patients diagnosed with JGCT from 2000 to 2021 were collected from the surveillance, epidemiology, and end results (SEER) database. A retrospective analysis was conducted to summarize the patients' clinical and pathological characteristics, treatments, and prognosis.

[Exploration of CCL11 and sTNFR2 as potential biomarkers for the efficacy of lymphocyte immunotherapy in women with unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion].

To explore biomarkers for the efficacy of lymphocyte immunotherapy (LIT) treating women with unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion (URSA). Serum samples from 24 URSA potients who received LIT were collected at Peking University Third Hospital from December 2014 to June 2015. Semiquantitative sandwich-based antibody arrays containing 40 cytokines were used to screen target immune cytokines in the peripheral blood of URSA patients before and after LIT.

[Correlation between uterine volume and intrauterine adhesion: a propensity score matching analysis].

To investigate the correlation between uterine volume and intrauterine adhesion (IUA). From June 2018 to November 2019, totally 7 007 patients who underwent hysteroscopy in outpatient operating rooms of Gynecological Minimally Invasive Center, Beijing Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital were retrospectively analyzed Patients of reproductive age with IUA without uterine fibroids and adenomyosis were selected as IUA group, and patients of reproductive age without uterine fibroids and adenomyosis without IUA during the same period were selected as the control group. The propensity score matching (PSM) method was used to perform 1∶1 matching for the two groups of patients, matching variables included age, height, weight, body mass index (BMI), gravidity, parity, and number of abortion curettage.

To investigate the impact of preconception body mass index (BMI) on neonatal birth weight and the risk of macrosomia in pregnant women across various age groups. A cohort study was conducted, selecting pregnant women who underwent their initial prenatal assessment at Beijing Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital from September 1st, 2018 to March 31st, 2020. Relevant data were collected from the hospital's electronic medical record system.
