Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) is a non-invasive medical imaging technique that is widely used for high-resolution imaging of soft tissues and organs. However, the slow speed of MRI imaging, especially in high-resolution or dynamic scans, makes MRI reconstruction an important research topic. Currently, MRI reconstruction methods based on deep learning (DL) have garnered significant attention, and they improve the reconstruction quality by learning complex image features.

ITFG2 is an intracellular protein known to modulate the immune response of T-cells. Our previous investigation revealed that ITFG2 specifically targets ATP5b to regulate ATP energy metabolism and maintain mitochondrial function, thereby protecting the heart from ischemic injury. However, the role of ITFG2 in ischemic ventricular arrhythmias and its underlying mechanisms have not been previously reported.

Macroscale neuroimaging results have revealed significant differences in the structural and functional connectivity patterns of gyri and sulci in the primate cerebral cortex. Despite these findings, understanding these differences at the molecular level has remained challenging. This study leverages a comprehensive dataset of whole-brain in situ hybridization (ISH) data from marmosets, with updates continuing through 2024, to systematically analyze cortical folding patterns.

MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are highly conserved endogenous non-coding RNAs that play a crucial role in fish immune response by regulating gene expression at the post-transcriptional level. In recent years, the viral diseases caused by infectious hematopoietic necrosis virus (IHNV) have caused significant economic losses in rainbow trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss) aquaculture, whereas the immune regulatory mechanisms of miRNAs involved in rainbow trout resistance to IHNV infection remains largely undefined. In this study, we analyzed the structural characteristics of Oncorhynchus mykiss tumor necrosis factor receptor-associated factor 3 (OmTRAF3) by bioinformatics software and explored the molecular mechanism of miR-203-3p in rainbow trout resistance to IHNV by regulating OmTRAF3 in vivo and in vitro.
