Background And Objective: Mitochondria are crucial to the function of renal tubular cells, and their dynamic perturbation in many aspects is an important mechanism of diabetic kidney disease (DKD). Single-nucleus RNA sequencing (snRNA-seq) technology is a high-throughput sequencing analysis technique for RNA at the level of a single cell nucleus. Here, our DKD mouse kidney single-cell RNA sequencing conveys a more comprehensive mitochondrial profile, which helps us further understand the therapeutic response of this unique organelle family to drugs.

Background: Mild cognitive impairment (MCI) is prevalent in older adults with chronic pain, making early detection crucial for dementia prevention and healthy aging. This study aimed to determine MCI risk factors in older patients with chronic pain and to develop 9 machine learning models to identify MCI risk.

Methods: A total of 612 older patients with chronic pain were recruited between October 2023 and July 2024.

Background: Older adults with cognitive impairment tend to experience deteriorating oral health and inadequate oral hygiene behaviors, but few studies have addressed interethnic variability. Background: Understanding sleep problems in late adolescents caused by daily stress is essential due to their increased vulnerability to stress-related sleep issues. While previous research has demonstrated the potential protective effect of trait mindfulness, facets of mindfulness were found to have unique functions against the negative impact of stress, and the unique impact of each facet of mindfulness on the sleep problems caused by the negative impact of stress remains unclear. Background: Uncertain times require healthcare entities to demonstrate strong leadership, develop digitalisation, and respond to change in a creative and flexible manner. Based on emerging new institutional theory, we developed and tested a model of how digital transformational leadership (DTL) affects digital intensity (DI) among healthcare entities through the mediating role of organisational agility (OA). In this article, we also examine the moderating role of the country in the studied relationship.
