With the advancement of deep learning models nowadays, they have successfully applied in the semi-supervised medical image segmentation where there are few annotated medical images and a large number of unlabeled ones. A representative approach in this regard is the semi-supervised method based on consistency regularization, which improves model training by imposing consistency constraints (perturbations) on unlabeled data. However, the perturbations in this kind of methods are often artificially designed, which may introduce biases unfavorable to the model learning in the handling of medical image segmentation.

Radiomics has been used as a non-invasive medical image analysis technique for diagnosis and prognosis prediction of breast cancer. This study intended to use radiomics based on preoperative Doppler ultrasound images to classify four molecular subtypes of breast cancer. As a necessary part of intelligent control of a joint station, the automatic identification of abnormal conditions and automatic adjustment of operation schemes need to judge the running state of the system. In this paper, a combination of Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) and Gray Wolf Optimizer (GWO) is proposed to optimize the Backpropagation Neural Network (BP) model (PSO-GWO-BP) and a pressure drop prediction model for the joint station export system is established using PSO-GWO-BP. Compared with the traditional hydraulic calculation modified (THCM) models and other machine learning algorithms, the PSO-GWO-BP model has significant advantages in prediction accuracy.

Rice is a major source of greenhouse gas (GHG) and nitrogen pollution. While best management practices have been developed to enhance the sustainability of rice production under current climates, their adaptability and efficacy under future climate scenarios remain uncertain. Here we evaluated 49 best management practices across global grid cells of rice-producing areas in terms of increasing rice production, reducing GHG emissions and minimizing nitrogen pollution under future climate conditions.
