In the field of Japanese-Chinese translation linguistics, the issue of correctly translating attributive clauses has persistently proven to be challenging. Present-day machine translation tools often fail to accurately translate attributive clauses from Japanese to Chinese. In light of this, this paper investigates the linguistic problem underlying such difficulties, namely how does the semantic role of the modified noun affect the selection of translation patterns for attributive clauses, from a linguistic perspective.

How traditional cultural load affects tourists' purchasing intention of tourist souvenirs.

Based on the previous studies on the impact of traditional culture on tourists' purchasing intentions, this study aims to further explore the mechanism and boundary conditions regarding the traditional cultural load in tourist souvenir packaging. Through seven simulated experiments (N = 3203), the impact of different degrees of traditional cultural load on tourists' purchasing intentions has been examined, with value perception, cultural identity, and purchase purpose, advancing the research in the field of traditional culture and tourism marketing. The findings provide insights for managers in the industry of tourism and souvenir marketing for their package design.

After initially exploring trade flows among different regions, the paper conducts an in-depth analysis of the network's overall structure and the significance of its nodes. Furthermore, the evolution of the trade network's community structure is discussed and its robustness and dynamics over recent years are assessed through computer program simulation.

The protocol shows excellent chemoselectivity, generating nicotinonitriles or symmetrical tetrasubstituted pyridines under different conditions by tandem cyclization of enaminone intermediates with β-ketonitriles or enolates, respectively, and does not require extra ammonias. This method boasts notable advantages, such as the use of commercially available or easily prepared substrates, simple conditions, a broad substrate scope, and good functional group tolerance.

Effects of body weight-supported Tai Chi Yunshou training on upper limb motor function in stroke patients: A three-arm parallel randomized controlled trial.

Objectives: To form a unique body weight support-Tai Chi Yunshou (BWS-TCY) training method, apply it to the treatment of upper limb dysfunction after stroke, and provide a new safe and effective treatment method for the clinic.

Methods: A total of 93 subjects were recruited and randomly divided into conventional rehabilitation treatment (CRT) group, BWS-TCY group and traditional robot-assisted training (RAT) group in equal proportions. Subjects in the CRT group received 60 minutes of CRT daily.

This study aims to provide an LLM (Large Language Model)-based method for the discourse analysis of media attitudes, and thereby investigate media attitudes towards China in a Hong Kong-based newspaper. Analysis of attitudes in large amounts of media data is crucial for understanding public opinions, market trends, social dynamics, etc. However, corpus-based approaches have traditionally focused on explicit linguistic expressions of attitudes, leaving implicit expressions unconsidered.

Relative validity and reproducibility of a short semi-quantitative food frequency questionnaire for Chinese athletes.

A convenient but efficient tool for evaluating dietary intakes in Chinese professional athletes has yet to be established. The aim of this study was to assess the validity of a short semi-quantitative food frequency questionnaire (FFQ) through comparison with 3-day weighed food records (3DWFRs) and corresponding serum biomarkers from a cohort of 102 professional athletes, while also evaluating its reproducibility. The relative validity was assessed using Spearman correlation coefficients, cross-quintiles classification, weighted kappa, and Bland-Altman analysis, while reproducibility was evaluated using the Spearman correlation coefficients and intraclass correlation coefficient (ICC) between two FFQs.
