Sexual behavior among truck drivers.

A cross-sectional study was conducted on Lucknow highway in Bareilly district of Uttar Pradesh to study the knowledge of truck drivers about HIV transmission and prevention and to study the sexual behaviour of these drivers with reference to HIV/AIDS. Age, marital status, education, income, drinking alcohol, length of stay away from home, knowledge about transmission and prevention of HIV, and HIV-prone behavior of truck drivers were studied. Chi-square, mean, and SD were calculated.

Solid tumors as second malignancies are not common in children who have been managed for lymphoproliferative disorders. We report a case of adenocarcinoma (AC) of the colon as a second malignancy in a patient who was on maintenance chemotherapy for acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL). In children, primary AC of the colon is very rare; colonic AC occurring as a second malignancy in a child is rarer still.

This study was conducted prospectively to assess the correlation between the pattern of anterior ST segment depression on the admission electrocardiogram and the in-hospital morbidity and mortality in patients with acute inferior wall myocardial infarction. Coronary angiography was also done to assess its correlation, if any, with pattern of anterior ST segment depression. Our study cohort comprised of 165 consecutive patients with acute inferior wall myocardial infarction divided into four groups based on admission electrocardiogram.

Biopsy revealed fragmented elastic fibres in the dermis which were better visualised with special stain for elastic tissue. Monomorphic cutaneous metastases with different primaries.
