In adult patients, extramedullary relapse (EMR) in B-acute lymphoblastic leukemia (B-ALL) has a pejorative prognosis, especially after allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (allo-HSCT). Blinatumomab, a bispecific CD3/CD19 antibody, is approved for relapsed/refractory acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) and has proven its efficacy with good complete response (CR) rates and molecular responses in several trials. Unusual sites of relapse following treatment with blinatumomab for ALL are rarely reported.

Coronavirus is a source of deep venous thrombosis (DVT) due to complications such as over-coagulation, blood stasis, and endothelial damage. Ovarian vein thrombosis (OVT) is a very serious and rare disease. In this study, we report tow rare case of women with coronavirus who were hospitalized with a right ovarian vein thrombosis mimicking acute abdomen who progressed well on anticoagulation.

In this paper, we report two cases of induced thrombocytopenia after the infusion of glycoprotein (GP) IIb/IIIa receptors antagonists, following a coronary angioplasty. The first patient is a 65-year-old woman, admitted with acute coronary syndrome requiring percutaneous angioplasty with stenting. The patient was given tirofiban + unfractionated heparin (UFH).

Morocco and the rest of the world are experiencing a pandemic of a new coronavirus known as COVID-19 or SARS-CoV-2 (severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2). On August 24, 2020, the spread of the virus in Morocco had caused more than 52,000 cases and 880 deaths. Cancer patients are more susceptible to develop an infection than people without cancer because of their immunosuppression caused by the disease and treatments (surgery and chemotherapy).

The treatment of gynecological cancers is the main activity of brachytherapy units.
