In this retrospective cohort study, we analyze the early humoral and cellular response in 64 adolescents KTx recipients, after two or three doses of mRNA vaccine BNT162b2 against different variants of COVID-19. After 2 doses, 77.8% % of children with no history of infection had a positive humoral response with a median anti-S IgG level of 1107 (IQR, 593-2,658) BAU/mL.

Unlabelled: Clear cell papillary renal cell carcinoma (CCPRCC) is a new entity, previously known as unclassified renal cell carcinoma, and initiallly identified in patients suffering of end-stage kidney failure. It is extremely rare to see this new entity associated with others renal malignant lesions.
Case Presentation: The authors report a case of a female 65-year-old suffering from end-stage kidney failure for 10 years, who presented with a double left renal tumor, composed by an oncocytoma associated to multiple CCPRCC, a very rare entity.

Cerebral sinus thrombosis (CST) is an uncommon condition in children with a variable clinical presentation which has rarely been described in the setting of diabetic ketoacidosis. We present the case of 14-year-old child in whom lateral sinus thrombosis was caused by dehydration complicating ketoacidosis in a previously undiagnosed type 1 diabetes. The diagnosis of the CST was established during the autopsy due to the rapidity of the neurological deterioration.

Background: The aim of this study was to analyze PIK3CA mutations in exons 9 and 20 in breast cancers (BCs) and their association with clinicopathological characteristics.
Methods: Mutational analysis of PIK3CA exon 9 and 20 was performed by Sanger sequencing in 54 primary BCs of Tunisian women. The associations of PIK3CA mutations with clinicopathological characteristics were analyzed.

Introduction: We aimed to screen the presence of silent myocardial ischaemia, in established rheumatoid arthritis (RA) patients, using a stress test then to evaluate its association with the disease activity and the cardiovascular (CV) risk factors and Heartscore.
Methods: It is a transversal study in a rheumatologic centre in Tunisia. One hundred three RA patients, asymptomatic for CV diseases, were submitted to a stress test.
Key Clinical Message: Genetic counseling and genetic screening for hyperoxaluria should be recommended for children with urinary lithiasis for early management to avoid progression to oxalosis especially if there is a family history of lithiasis.
Unlabelled: Primary hyperoxaluria type 1 (PH1) is caused by a deficiency of the liver peroxisomal enzyme alanine-glyoxylate aminotransferase (AGT) resulting in overproduction of calcium oxalates. In its later stage, a systemic deposit of calcium oxalates is observed.

Objective: The role of endovascular treatment in the management of patients with brain arteriovenous malformations (AVMs) remains uncertain. AVM embolization can be offered as stand-alone curative therapy or prior to surgery or stereotactic radiosurgery (SRS) (pre-embolization). The Treatment of Brain AVMs Study (TOBAS) is an all-inclusive pragmatic study that comprises two randomized trials and multiple registries.

Retroperitoneal leiomyosarcomas are rare tumors, mostly malignant. They are silent slow growing, and at the time of diagnosis, they are often of a considerable size. Management necessitates en bloc resection of the mass with adjacent organs, which is often challenging due to large size of the tumor.

This is a case report about a patient which presents with two right renal tumors, one of them being an oncocytoma with typical histopathological features and renal vein extension. Recent studies show that despite renal vein thrombus being a histological sign of malignancy; when associated with renal oncocytoma, it should not alter the benign prognosis of oncocytoma, and a simple follow-up may be carried. Further explorations should be done when easily available, and when the histopathologic diagnosis of oncocytoma is uncertain, to rule out the differential diagnosis of a chromophobe renal cell carcinoma, oncocytic variant.

Traumatic dislocation of the lumbosacral joint is a rare and severe lesion usually caused by high-energy trauma. The literature on traumatic spondylolisthesis is limited, and most published papers are sporadic case reports. By presenting the case of an anterior traumatic L5-S1 spondylolisthesis without neurological deficits caused by a 6-meter fall, we discuss the anatomopathological mechanism of this injury, clinical and radiological evaluation, and current management options.
