Background Rosai-Dorfman disease (RDD), the massive lymphadenopathy characterized by the proliferation of sinus histiocytosis, is a relatively idiopathic benign disease with unknown etiology. We reported a rare case of thymic RDD detected by F-FDG PET/CT.
