Background: Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is one of the most common malignant tumors of the digestive system, with a low 5-year survival rate (5-9%). The abnormal expression of miRNA in liver cancer cells may play an important role in the pathophysiology of liver cancer. The ability of tumor invasion and metastasis is an important indicator to evaluate the degree of malignancy of HCC.
